My dad has been resident here for 12 months, he has Alzheimer's and other issues. I was so worried about having him put in a home as he had lived with me for nine years. I shouldn't have worried he loves it here. The staff are amazing with him and he is clearly well looked after. He loves the food
and entertainment that's provided. I can't recommend highly enough. It changed hands recently and has been improved greatly as far as living areas and the organisation of invoicing is efficient and friendly always. Definitely a five stars from our family

The staff are all very friendly and get to know the clients well. Care is tailored to individuals needs, leaving you knowing your loved one is safe and made to feel as welcome as possible. Any (reasonable) requests are usually fulfilled. A lot of renovations have happened recently which has made
things more homely. I would recommend this home to friends looking for care of relatives.

One Family Hub has been great, the whole team are lovely, super kind and friendly. The home itself is very well managed and is kept clean and tidy. Nothing is too much trouble. They call and email with updates. You can visit whenever. Would recommend.

What a wonderful caring, homely place Roclyns is. Our mother spent the last few months of her life in the care home, and we as a family were so relieved and grateful for the loving care she received. All the staff went 'over and above'. Mum was waited on as though she was staying in a 5* hotel,
constantly being taken 'treat' trays to try to encourage her to eat. The whole family were welcome to visit, including the great grandchildren - they loved joining in the singing. The family dogs were encouraged along as well. A proper 'home'.
