Park Beck is an excellent home. The staff are caring and genuine, and the residents have so many opportunities to join in with activities and outings. It is one of the best homes I have come across.
I am very happy that my mum is residing at Park Beck, myself and my sister went to visit the home
before our mum became a resident, we knew straight away that we wanted our mum to reside there, as the staff were so lovely, and the home itself is clean, and homely.
I know that my mum is very happy living there.

My nan stayed with Park Beck for a while before she passed away. The staff were amazing and they clearly care about all of the residents but the care they gave my nan was exceptional. I cant thank the carers and managers enough. If youre looking for a care home for you family member please consider

My mother received exceptional care during her eight-to-nine-week stay at Park Beck prior to her passing. The staff provided outstanding service, ensuring her every need was met. The manager's performance was exemplary, and the entire team displayed exceptional compassion and care, extending their
support even after my mother's death.

Me and my sister lived together and sadly she had to go into a home for respite. We chose Park Beck due to the welcoming staff. We have no complaints and my sister said she was well looked after and enjoyed the activities.

Unfortunately it was decided that Dad would be cared for in a residential home as he could no longer look after himself. We were given several choices of homes by Adult Social Care and we chose Park Beck. We are very happy that we made this decision. Initially my dad was quite difficult and the
staff at Park Beck dealt with this very well. He seems happier now and he gets taken to see my mum, who is in a home elsewhere, on a regular basis. Thank you!

First experience of staying in a care home went well from being greeted at the door by a staff member, who was amazing in assisting with the settling in and making my husband feel comfortable. The manager and all staff were excellent. Please tell them we hope to see them again in the future. Many

I have had an excellent experience at Park Bech Care Home and said that the staff are wonderful and caring and will help me when I need it, they are supportive with all my needs.

Both my parents are having respite care for one month whilst their bungalow gets much needed work on it. The carers are always polite, patient and helpful. My parents say the food is always lovely and tasty. I visit every day without an appointment and the place is always clean. It was the best home
we viewed. Mum has a tv in her room and dad has a sensor mat for when he gets up.

The staff are very friendly, always checking in and made me feel welcome from the start. My dad has told me that they take good care of him and he gets along with them and all evidence points to this being 100% true. I feel that they deserve so much more than what they get for the amazing job they
do. I am so glad my dad is there with them as I don't think he could have gone anywhere else that would produce an uplifting vibe as they do at Park Beck and to all the staff, I say thank you.

A marked improvement in activities. Interaction between staff and residents shows deep affection, warmth and person-centred attention. Staff and management are responsive to any comment or concerns raised. A care home full of warmth, commitment and love. I would be more than happy to recommend this
care home to friends and family.

The attention and care given to my wife is beyond satisfactory.

Took my Mum for 1 week of respite to try and give my Dad of 85 years a break from caring for his wife, who have been married for 65 years.
Very upsetting to leave Mum there, and I felt like I had abandoned her, but to be honest, I couldn't find fault with Park Beck at all.
The staff that I met
were amazing, credit to the carer and the manager is a diamond, very helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to be helpful, accommodating, and to totally respect your wishes, to make your loved one feel comfortable.
A big thank you to all staff concerned in looking after my Mum on her week of respite at Park Beck, and I certainly wouldn't hesitate in taking Mum back for respite in the near future. A big thank you to everyone.

My brother and I had a few awful experiences with care homes in the area. After looking for months for a decent home for Mum, ironically my brother found Park Beck right next to his work. Park Beck does exactly what it says on the tin. No pretending to be something they are not but doing exactly as
they say they will. Mum has had nothing but excellent care and kindness since she has been there. The manager obviously selects excellent staff. It’s so sad that Mum is in a home and so confused but knowing she is well cared for makes it so much easier. The place is warm and clean and the staff are lovely. Would recommend it to anyone. A wonderful care home run by people who care deeply for their residents.

I have not been able to visit The Park Beck since my last visit in 2022 but have always been kept informed, especially over Christmas.

The tender care given by the nursing staff to my Mother in her final days was massively appreciated by my brother and I as we live so far away.
Not only by photos which were taken of her and WhatsApp to my mobile but every suggestion to make her life easier.
Words fail me how brilliant the carers
were and even when I telephoned, I was always met with a cheery voice on the phone.
I never went into her room or experienced food and drink so I clicked below 'excellent' as the rest is, let's face it.
I would doubt if there is a better care home for dementia patients in the UK.

My mother is well cared for and I am kept well informed of all her requirements. This is the most important aspect for me. The staff are always welcoming and my mother's room is clean and tidy. I recommend this care home - I know what a difficult decision this can be for one's loved one.
