Since I have been here 24/12/2024 I have been very well looked after and cared for the staff are all very caring and help me in every way that they make sure that my respect and mostly my dignity is kept it keeps me happy with all of the care that they provide.

The staff are excellent, very caring and friendly, and the facilities are very good. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my mother is very well looked after.

My mother has been here since October 2025 after living in her house for 65 years so it was a very emotional and difficult move to make. The staff were so welcoming and helped Mam to settle well. We bought curtains, bedding, a new TV, recliner chair and altered the room around to make it "her" room.
We had help from the friendly chap who is really talented and a brilliant caretaker. The staff are all so friendly and caring and really make this a home from home.

My parents moved into Peniel Green a few weeks ago. My mother has told me that my father is getting excellent care so I am really pleased. Thank you for all you are doing Peniel Green staff. They are enjoying their food. My mother is especially enjoying the activities. Although my dad is more
limited in what he can do he really enjoyed the harpist as classical music is something he enjoys. Thank you for putting me at ease at being so welcoming when I visit.

My mum is incredibly happy at the home. The staff are fantastic with Mum and the family. She is kept clean and tidy. The manager is really good, and they keep us updated with the happenings in the home, which is great for the family. Mum enjoys the food. My mum loves the entertainment, especially
the singers. As a family we are incredibly happy with the care of my mum at the home.

The home runs well because of the kindness and efficiency of the carers and management. The residents are safe and cared for.

Having made the tough decision of having to put my mum in a care home end of May 2025. I am so glad she went into Peniel Green. The team are so welcoming and accomodating and my mum has settled in really well and I have peace of mind knowing she is well looked after.

Always a warm welcome for visitors at Peniel Green. Kath (Deputy) has been very helpful explaining to me about my mother's medical needs and very supportive. My little granddaughter is always spoilt by the staff fussing over her! So glad I found this home for my dear mum.

The care my Mum receives at Peniel Green is second to none. The residents are treated with the utmost respect and every carer is incredible. The home provides a huge range of activities which provide something for everyone. Family members are able to join in and visit any tie they wish. I honestly
cannot fault any aspect of care here, everything is very happy. I am so happy that my Mum is a resident at Peniel Green, it has given me back my relationship with her.

Very happy indeed with the care, attitude and knowledge of the staff. Whether talking on the phone, or face-to-face, the staff in their various roles provided us with their honest assessments. Observing how individual members of staff dealt with different individuals, not just our relative, was very
striking..... it was always the resident and their issue-in-the-moment who came first, and not us as visitors-watching-on; there was no show put on for us, in other words...... residents were always being re-assured, challenged where appropriate, and dealt with positivity, a sense of proportion and humour. How they all have the spirit and energy to do this amazes me. Since being in Peniel Green, my relative has improved in both physical and mental health.... the staff show a gentle yet determined approach to keep his personality welfare developing on an improving path.

My aunt has been a resident for over a year, and has benefitted enormously from the care and support she receives every day. The staff are excellent and very patient.
I see only kindness and reassurance every time I visit (2/3 times a week(.
A recent trip to the pantomime showed the effort that
the staff make to give all residents the chance to get out on trips, even though it can require considerable effort.
I'm grateful to all the wonderful staff. Thank you all.

From the very first time we visited Peniel Green Care Home to see if the facility was suitable for my mother, I felt comfortable and welcomed. My mother has been in Peniel Green for 2 months now and we continue to feel very pleased with our choice. My mother settled in very quickly helped by the
friendly and efficient staff.

So happy my mum is living here. Over Christmas, she went to the Xmas party with some of the other residents; the photos were wonderful, as I could see Mum was really enjoying it. The loving ways of the care staff, I can't put into words. Keep up the brilliant work.

My brother-in-law had been a resident at Peniel Green Care Home for just over 12 months. During the last 9 days he became ill and we noticed that he needed end-of-life treatment. The staff were amazing, everyone was incredible, from the cleaners, cooks, cares, nurses and admin staff. They couldn't
do enough for you. They were so understanding, they had time to make you feel you mattered. Nothing was too much trouble, the food was lovely. I would recommend this home to everyone.
