The staff at Cedars are kind, patient and so caring. I can't thank them enough for how amazing they were with my mother. There were times when I would visit, and a carer would be sitting with her holding her hand. I visited other homes, but as soon as I entered Cedars, and felt the warmth, I knew
it was the right place for mum. It is bright, and welcoming, and has a beautiful garden, where we spent lots of time, in the summer.

After viewing several other local care homes. We decided to go with Cedar, for the following reasons:
Lovely, caring and well trained staff.
Super clean and well decorated building.
Great entertainment and activities for residence.
Including outside entertainers, performing live.
Lovely
gardens.
Absolutely the right choice for mother!

Always welcomed upon arrival to visit auntie. Auntie is well and happy, settled and well cared for. The staff are always happy to update us on Auntie's health and well being. Thank you.

Due to my father's health at 92 years of age, living at home was not an option. Cedars Care Centre, after reviewing, was our first choice. Dad has been very happy since arriving, and this has made life so much easier for his family. And would have no problem recommending this care home to anyone.

Always a positive experience visiting my mother. Despite her being frail, all the staff encourage her to be active, which really helps her physical and mental heath. Lots of activities that families can attend, and the staff genuinely care. Thanks to one member of staff, my mother's wrestling
knowledge has also improved!

We are very pleased with the care Mum is receiving at Cedars. The staff are very caring. Mum is kept motivated; there is always something going on. The home has recently been redecorated, and the garden is beautiful. Mum is well looked after, physically and mentally, which puts our minds at rest.

Cedars is a lovely nursing home, and I felt very lucky to find a place for my husband. He has been given excellent care. The staff are all wonderful and the environment is excellent. I could not ask for more for him.

My mum settled in very well into Cedars Care Home. All the carers and staff do an amazing job. A great refurbish of Cedars too, very welcoming.

My husband admitted to Cedar Care Nursing Home mid of June to now. I cannot fault the care and support given to him by both staff and management. The activities lead manager and staff provide an excellent service engage my husband in participating in all activities. The care home provided a safe
environment. The nurses engage with residents and provide extra support.

The staff are all amazing very caring, always ready to help. Listen to residents needs. Very understanding. All staff including one member of staff in particular who spends a lot of time and makes fun for the residents.

My mother has been in The Cedars for a few months and at first she was a little unsettled but the staff have done their upmost to help her settle. Everyone is caring and they get to know the resident to understand their needs. There is always a lovely atmosphere, with residents and visitors and we
feel like a little community/family. Nurses are always on hand if you have any concerns and go above and beyond to look after the resident if they are ill.

My late husband received wonderful care from the minute he entered Cedars Care Centre to his final days. The care and attention was just incredible. Nothing was too much trouble. From the Management staff, Nursing Staff, Carers,
Housekeeping Staff, Office staff and Kitchen Staff the kindness and
care shown was outstanding.
I always felt very welcome whenever I visited and the staff were always concerned as to how I was. I got to know them all very well and they always had a smile.

Our dad has been in Cedars for 3 weeks now and we cannot say enough good things about it. All the staff are very friendly and clearly look after everyone so well. Dad always has a smile on his face each time we come to visit.

We feel fortunate to have chosen Cedars as home for our mother. We have peace of mind that she is well cared for in a lovely environment with caring staff who appreciate her needs. We look forward to visiting, without the need for appointments, in the knowledge we will find mum enjoying her
surroundings, her room, the garden, the dining room or the lounge with staff practicing client-centred care.

My father has been so well looked after, fantastic home with excellent staff. After weeks in hospital he was so weak and unhappy, but within two weeks at Cedars he looked well and so healthy and was so much happier in himself.
