I found staff always very friendly and helpful. Staff always kept me informed if there was ever any problem. My friend was well cared for, and was always happy.

This is our first visit since the residents were moved to Primrose. I like it much better. The residents are closer together and feel like a community instead of being spaced so far apart. They seem much more involved with each other rather than falling asleep. The staff are very actively involved
with the residents too, having them all closer together. Very happy with the move & the care the residents receive. Rooms are nicer too!

I try to visit my Aunty as much as possible I have always found the staff very helpful and kind and considerate in their care of the residents. Its clean and tidy and there is lots of care and attention given. Its a lovely atmosphere. My Aynt seems very happy there.

I have visited Mum a couple of times this month and I am very impressed with the care she recieves at Bridge Haven.
The facility is very well run and the staff are excellent.
Her room is kept clean and tidy
Sue always looks clean and looked after
(Does need a shave now and then)

This is a friendly, caring home that suits Erica well (since she settled in) and she enjoys helping other residents and staff whenever she can. The morning activities seem to have slowed down and are fewer than 1 year ago, but whether this relates to the number of residents, an their interests...

Myself and the family are very happy with the home & staff.
Our sister has been here at Bridge since November 2023 and our sister always seems happy apart from sometimes when she is a but low just like us all.
The staff are very good and very approachable and take care of everything that is asked
of them
We have no complaints and would recommend to any family.

Mum loves her new room, we are pleased she has more space and en-suite facility. It is clear the staff are very dedicated in what they do and their care and attention is very much appreciated.

The care at Bridge is amazing. The carers are wonderful and treat residents with great respect.
In my case, my mother is very difficult and the job of the carers is hard. But they never show impatience.

Mum's capacity to look after herself was so impaired when she came to Bridge Haven. Now, with the excelent care that she has recieved she looks stronger and stronger and more mentally capable. She is a change person and back to her old self! Thank you for the care you given Mum and a new lease of
life.

The staff are all friendly and professional which is real credit to them all.
The only other comments (and I am writing in haste) is that I really believe an more cared for garden would bring real health benefits to all - including staff.

Mum has been at Bridge Haven for 3 1/2 years now and although her dementia has deteriated over that time the care and professionalism of the staff has been very good. They are always smiling and happy to see me come in to visit. Although her dementia has stopped Mum from taking part in activities
there is so much going on around her. Feel happy in the knowledge that she is well looked after

I try to visit regularly to Bridge Haven. I have always found the staff to be very kind and caring to the residents. They offer a wide rang of activities to engage with the residents.

Very attentive staff who are quick to respond to Mum's needs. Fabulous range of activities. Staff are professional and courteous. Mum is very well looked after.

I visited Bridge Haven on many occasions and was blown away by the staff. The care team were amazing. Kind, caring, gentle and attentive. I hope I don't need a care home in the future but I have told my family I would be happy to go here.

Bridge Haven Care Home is a lovely place, all the staff are very friendly and approachable. My mum has settled very well and is very happy. We were concerned about her going into care but the home was wonderful from day one and I would recommend them to anyone.
