There is always a warm welcome for visitors to Island Sands. The staff is a combination of mature and experienced carers and a young and enthusiastic group, the combinations work well. The premises are modern, brighter and wisely constructed for disabled residents. Occasional trips are enjoyed by
the residents, for example, for personal shopping. My daughter is happy with the home at Island Sands - most of the time!

What an amazing turn-around! Such a lovely place for my loved one to be in! Very caring and person centred. Hats off to the staff and the management, they have worked hard to get to where they are today. Such positive changes!

To be honest, I cannot rate the Little Oyster high enough. The assistance and friendliness of the staff is over and above the call of duty. Since our family member has been resident there, he has really blossomed and come out of his shell. He couldn't be in a better place. Well done everyone.
