We are so reassured by the excellent care given to our brother who is a resident at Tall Trees. I can't think of a better to place to meet his complex needs with his progressive dementia. We feel his is very well looked after reflected by his happiness when we visit.
The staff are so good, very
attentive & gentle. Plenty of staff with an excellent carer/resident ratio.
The activity programme is very good and is enjoyed by residents who take part, great variation & everyone is encouraged to take part. This is so important to keep residents stimulated and active. There are also regular and well thought out trips out in the minibus to various places.
Worth mentioning how clean Talk Trees is, very high standards kept. All residents look well groomed, well dressed, warm and safe.
Visitors are always warmly welcomed and regular updates are received by email and in newsletters. Staff always available to discuss any concerns or good news regarding goals

My Husband has been in Tall trees since December..Alice and All the Team and Roxanne work so hard. The Home is Spotless Freindly .My husband is so well looked after from day to day care meal times food is very very good..daytime activities are excellent too if you want to join in or spend quiet time
in your spotless furnished room. The laundry team look after and care for your clothes everyone is professional and CARE. In fact we have even seen a improvement in my husband.
I whole heartedly recommend Tall Trees if you ever have the difficult decision of placing your loved one. Big Big Thankyou for your day to day care of my Husband x

Our friend has been a resident at Tall Trees for three years this week. She had lived in Surrey but when her husband passed away she was very lonely and had only a few neighbours who visited her. As her dementia progressed we thought it better that she lived locally to us and we were recommended
to Tall Trees. From the moment she arrived she has been very well cared for. We have only praise for the nursing staff and everyone else at Tall Trees who are resposible for the daily life at the home. The residents have plenty of activities to keep them entertained and the staff are always on hand to have a little chat to brighten someones day.
The home is run in the most professional and caring manner. Because our friend has a love for owls, she had an outing to a falconary llast year. Resident can enjoy special days when possible. The Manager is always at hand and her door is always open should any familly members have any problems or special requests they wish to discuuss.

The staff at Tall Trees organised a special tea party for our mother's 90th birthday at our request. They decorated the cafe room very attractively and arranged the tables and chairs as requested. They supplied a generous quantity of good quality sandwiches, crisps and cake as agreed. They were
very helpful on the day, too, taking trouble to ensure that all our requests were met. We all had a memorable and enjoyable time.

My sister Ruth is 94, has suffered a major stroke. Hence she is now at Tall Trees.
In our opinion we believe that the care being provided for my sister is excellent
and exactly what is needed in her condition.
The staff are all attentive, caring and friendly.

My Husband has been at Tall Trees since the beginning of June and has received excellent care. My Husband really enjoys the food which is assisting in his recovery. He enjoyed going into the garden in the Summer months but we made the most of the mild weather and sat in the garden listening to music
today. He also enjoyed some of the trips out in the Minibus.

My husband has become increasingly confused over the last month. The staff are very patient and the care they give him is exemplary. I cannot recommend Tall Trees highly enough. Thank you.

My husband was transferred here for the final leg of his recovery, before coming home, after falling from a ladder and injuring his brain badly.
My experience of the staff was wonderful. They treated my husband with dignity, respect and kindness. If I had any problems or worries at all, I
knew that I could rely on the management team to put things right. Thanks Tall Trees team for helping me to get my beloved husband home.

Absolutely disgusting company, I've been blocked from their social media page, comments and truth about the care and on Friday 23rd of May, manager called to say that my father will not be coming back to the home, sending him into hospital with one, one pair of clothes knowing he wouldn't be coming
back, no letter of notice, (28 days) written notice! Wheelchair broken, no manual handling being used in the home.

Staff are beyond helpful and kind. This is such an exhausting and challenging roll, but I can see that staff do it out of care and dedication. The meals look lovely and the grounds are stunning. Nothing seems to much truble. Thank you- without staff like you the residents would not be cared for so
well.

I was visiting my wife at the care home and was extremely pleased with the way she was being treated. I am sure she is a very difficult patient at the moment and to see her being looked after so well is very consoling.

My Dad who is 93, has been a resident at Tall Trees for nearly two and a half years.
We are very pleased with the level of care he receives. The facilities and the food are all excellent but the best aspect is the quality of the staff. Without exception they all know my dad acknowledge him whenever
they see him and many make the time to speak to him on a regular basis.
I take dad out for lunch once a week but he is always pleased to return to the place he calls home.

All the staff are very polite and very helpful, Im very happy with the care my wife recieves all the staff have a good understanding of my wife's needs and comfort her and reassure her when im not with there. The food is very good and I enjoy dinning with my wife when I am visiting I always feel
very welcomed the service is restaurant quality. There is regular hairdresser and chirody visits in the home.The home offers regular events and im looking forward to my valentines brunch with my wife.

Bringing my mum to Tall Trees was the best decision we made, from the minute we were welcomed by the home manager and another staff member we were reassured that she would be looked after with genuine care. We were not disappointed! All staff, however busy, gave Mum the care and attention she
needed. I also saw how they spoke to me and gave comfort to other residents too, with patience. Mum went through an end-of-life period that was very hard for all. The staff were professional and understanding, they were determined to minimise Mum's (and my) discomfort and pain. I cannot fault the staff and management.

I am very impressed with the way Tall Trees are taking care of my mum. My mum has Alzheimer's and had aggressive outbursts when she first arrived, however the staff were fantastic with her and helped her to settle into her new home with patience and understanding. The staff are all very caring and
conscientious and are extremely welcoming to families. We are always greeted in a friendly manner by all staff members. We are kept up to date with regular meetings and the staff are always available to answer any questions. The care home is always clean and tidy, which cannot be an easy task. The meals are varied and the quality and choice are always very good. There's a full daily activity programme for those residents who would like to participate. Overall, our experience has shown Tall Trees staff are dedicated and compassionate throughout the home. I would therefore recommend Tall Trees Care Home to anybody who is looking for a care home for a loved one.

My husband has been a resident at Tall Trees for almost 2 years and I have witnessed him receiving excellent care during this period. His behaviour at times can be challenging but the whole team handle him in a professional and caring manner. The staff at Tall Trees create a safe and happy
environment for all the residents.Where it is possible everyone will do their utmost to fulfil any requests for example decorating the bedrooms, meal requests, trips out, activities, all of which have been honoured to my husband. Thank you to the whole team at Tall Trees.
