Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

I would like to give special recognition to Kristion, the manager, for being very helpful all the way through the process. The food is cooked fresh every day offering residents choices from a menu 3 times a day with tea, coffee & snacks always available. Activities are twice a day and cater for everyone's needs with small group having outside trips to local places, singing, crafts, quizzes, cooking & craft activities. The nursing staff are brilliant and highly skilled and look after my mum 24 hours a day. We are so pleased to have found a home where all the staff really do care giving my mum living with them at 87 a great quality of life. We are always welcomed in the home. My Mum has been at Tall Trees for a year and a half now, and I'm so thankful we found them. Due to the advancement of my mother's condition, she had to leave her previous facility, and after looking at other care homes, we knew very early on that Tall Trees was the right choice for Mum. Not only are the staff experienced in advanced stages of dementia/Alzheimer's, but they are patient, warm, friendly, and treat all of the residents with dignity and respect. The facility itself is clean, light, and bright and feels cheery. I have such a peace of mind knowing that my mother is being well looked after. I also live abroad, and so while I can't see her in person very often, the staff has been so helpful in scheduling video calls, which has been truly wonderful to still feel like I can visit. It's never an easy decision to place a loved one in a care facility, but Tall Trees has made that transition so much easier for our family. I would highly recommend them.

My Mum has been at Tall Trees for almost a year now and I am very happy with her care. They are all very caring and supportive of me as well as Mum. Her behaviours were difficult for many months and the carers were wonderful. It was reassuring that they kept in regular contact with me about how Mum was doing and engaged other organisations to support her and my family. During this challenging time, they still tried to involve Mum in activities and brought her into the room when events were taking place. The environment is comfortable and welcoming. The food is great and the residents are treated with respect and I would say love. Even when Mum is not on best form I still enjoy my visit. The home is run in the most professional and caring manner. Because our friend has a love for owls, she had an outing to a falconary llast year. Resident can enjoy special days when possible. Hi, I’m Cristian, and I joined Care UK in March 2026 after working as a Deputy Manager. I had wanted to join Care UK because of its strong reputation, values and commitment to delivering the highest quality care. The positive feedback I received from fellow managers and nursing colleagues confirmed it was the right place for me to continue my career. I have also completed the C36 Leadership Course, which has helped develop my leadership skills.
I believe a Home Manager should be compassionate, approachable and an effective leader, with strong organisational and decision-making skills. My favourite part of the day is seeing high-quality care being delivered and the positive difference it makes to our residents' wellbeing, dignity and independence.
One of my proudest career achievements was being appointed Home Manager at Tall Trees shortly after becoming a Deputy Manager. It was a significant milestone that reflected the trust placed in my leadership and commitment to delivering exceptional care.
What makes me most proud is seeing residents happy and smiling while knowing our team feels supported, valued and motivated. The most important part of my role is ensuring residents receive safe, dignified, person-centred care while creating a positive environment where colleagues can develop, work together and thrive.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, as well as football and fishing, which help me relax and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
