I’m a caring person, so it wasn’t a big surprise that I trained as a nurse and then moved into the care sector. I’m passionate about people and about delivering the high-quality care they deserve.
Care UK has a very clear and attractive vision for older people’s care. I joined the organisation in 2011 after working for various healthcare providers. We’re a close-knit, like-minded team at Tall Trees: each of us understands that we can make the difference to residents. Even the small things count in helping a resident to enjoy their day or have a meaningful interaction. When you see the positive impact this has on a person, it makes you want to do more and more!
