Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level
of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge.

other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

What a pleasure to visit. The home always warm and welcoming. Wonderful entrance, spotlessly clean, no smell, coffee and cake. Chairs to sit in. Manager always willing to chat. Corridors, lounge, bedrooms always clean/warm. No unpleasant odours! Staff always welcoming and friendly, smile on faces. Interact
with patients with patience and good humour, food home cooked and nutritious, nothing too much trouble if asked for something different.

The loving and committed care of your residents/patients is outstanding and is clearly the priority in the home. Staff clearly enjoy and love their work and their patients which comes over in the care and the attention given and shown to them and to their families and visitors.
The easy accessibility
to visitors and the patients to talk with staff is very good and reassuring and there is a real warmth in the atmosphere in Tall Trees. The staff appear to be a well-knit team who have smiles for everyone and acknowledge all who them. The above is true in both palliatives care and recuperation and respite care. The food is excellent and the welcoming tray of coffee and cakes in the foyer is a lovely and welcoming find. It was reassuring to see how staff sat with patients and to see how care and vigilance was individualised to each person. Thank you.

I am so grateful that our GP recommended that my wife and I should come here together so that we could have the very best personal care and consideration. This was exemplary in the kindness and understanding (when she could barely communicate) in the last three weeks of my wife's life.
I have benefited
similarly in my extended period of respite care which enables me to return home alone, well fed and rested.

My husband has been a resident in Tall trees for the past three years. I visit daily between 12 and 6.30pm. I can honestly say from day one, I have been very impressed by the kindness of the staff, who also make my visits most welcoming.
The food menus are in my opinion deserving of a Michelin Star.
Tall
trees is such a happy place to be, so I've instructed my family to reserve a room for me if ever I need special care in the future.

This is a very well organised home. The caring is excellent. They are compassionate and supportive at all times. Nothing is too much trouble. Food and cleanliness is of high standard. I visit 3 days a week 10 - 6.30. Each day the carers work hard and make me feel welcome in this loving and friendly
environment. I sing their praises all day long.

My mother-in-law has been a resident in Tall Trees for almost two years. During this time, she has received nothing but the best care, love and attention. Whenever we visit, it is always clean. Her clothes are clean, her hair is washed and cut and her nails cut and filed. There is always a happy and
homely atmosphere in Tall Trees and we are constantly moved by the care that is shown to my husband's mother. Thank you Tall Trees.

My Mum spent 8 months in Tall Trees' care prior to her death in August - the 'Thank You' letter, below, sums up my family's sentiments:


To: ALL Staff at Tall Trees.
Since my mother arrived at Tall Trees at the end of 2015, the level of care, attention and genuine compassion for her has been a source

of great comfort for her family as well as for my Mum.
It was a big step, placing her into the care of strangers. But you weren’t ‘strangers’ for long - we realised that we had been amazingly lucky to have found you as your affection and care for my Mum were amazing.
We knew our limitations and could not give her the care and support she needed but, with you, she was safe, secure and loved.
Your care and attention extended to my Mum's family and we always felt welcome – on her final day, we were very touched by your attention, professionalism and warmth. We were so glad that we could share Mum with people who thought so much of her and we are enormously grateful.

I’m a caring person, so it wasn’t a big surprise that I trained as a nurse and then moved into the care sector. I’m passionate about people and about delivering the high-quality care they deserve.


Care UK has a very clear and attractive vision for older people’s care. I joined the organisation in 2011 after working for various healthcare providers. It sounds odd to say this, but some providers don’t have care at the heart of what they do. Care UK is different, and I wanted to be a part of it.


We’re a close-knit, like-minded team at Tall Trees: each of us understands that we can make the difference to residents. Even the small things count in helping a resident to enjoy their day or have a meaningful interaction. When you see the positive impact this has on a person, it makes you want to do more and more!
