Staff are very helpful and friendly, deal with any issues in a courteous and professional manner. The advice was given when needed, by members of staff and manager. Brother's needs are met and appointments are always kept and I am always updated on a daily basis. Home well organised and my brother
is very happy in Saintfield Lodge Care Home.

My brother has been a resident in Saintfield Lodge for over 10 years and over this time, he has been well looked after in all respects. The staff are extremely courteous and caring to all residents. We as a family are very happy with the care that is provided, it feels like home to my brother and
us as a whole.

I have resided at the home for quite some time. During this time I have found the management, nurses, and other staff very willing to assist in every way. If there is something that requires medical attention the nurses will not hesitate to bring a doctor from outside the home. In my opinion, this
is very reassuring and that is why I feel secure and safe in the home.
