Staff are very helpful and friendly, deal with any issues in a courteous and professional manner. The advice was given when needed, by members of staff and manager. My brother has been a resident in Saintfield Lodge for over 10 years and over this time, he has been well looked after in all respects. The staff are extremely courteous and caring to all residents.

I have resided at the home for quite some time. During this time I have found the management, nurses, and other staff very willing to assist in every way. If there is something that requires medical attention the nurses will not hesitate to bring a doctor from outside the home. In my opinion, this...
I have resided at the home for quite some time. During this time I have found the management, nurses, and other staff very willing to assist in every way. If there is something that requires medical attention the nurses will not hesitate to bring a doctor from outside the home. In my opinion, this is very reassuring and that is why I feel secure and safe in the home.
