Visited at New Year. Great entertainment provided getting all the residents involved. Everyone was enjoying themselves.
Food always looks lovely.
Negative only is many of mums ornaments are missing from her room.

I have mixed reviews as some staff go above & beyond while others don't seem interested. Management are also tempermental as they seem very interested/make great entertainment choices however struggle with some family predicaments and ask for unrealistic expectations.
Overall care home is lovely.

Mixed views some of the staff have all the time in the world for residents where some can be rude.
Activities and entertainment is always 10/10 especially new year

Brandon House carers are very supportive to the residents. The activities offered are varied & interesting - thanks to Simon. We live far from our aunt & it is so reassuring to know she is in goods hands. Dawn is always welcoming & the nurse team contact us whenever needed.

My husband was a resident at Brandon House for over 4 years. The care he received whole he was there was excempalry the regular staff was brilliant with him and he knew them all. He was a difficult case to manage but they did with the care and nursing that I couldn't thank them enogh. They always
kept me informed if there were any problems. I have nothing but praise for the management and staff.

My husband was looked after and cared for very well and I was made very welcome. The staff were always so kind to me and my husband. Can't thank them enough for the love shown to us both.

Always a pleasant atmosphere and environment on the occasional visits. Staff are helpful and friendly.

My dad was a resident at Brandon House Care Home for about 18 months. He sadly passed away this April 2024, peacefully at Brandon House. He was looked after with dignity and a high level of care was given to him during his stay. He loved living here, it felt like his home. The staff are all lovely,
and the food is excellent. My dad always enjoyed the hot puddings.

We cannot thank Brandon House Care Home enough for the care they showed to both my dad and our family. The kindness, warmth and humour they showed throughout the six weeks Dad was with them will never be forgotten. Thank you!

I came to see a singer's tribute. The care was excellent, the staff are fully devoted to their job.

My husband was very happy during his stay at Brandon House. His recovery was greatly improved by the good care of friendly, professional and interested staff both medical and domestic who made him feel at home and safe.

We have just had a lovely early Christmas lunch with our aunt. It was cooked by the chef and the lovely team in the kitchen.
There were Christmas crackers, music and a lovely, friendly atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble and we thoroughly enjoyed spending a lovely, festive time with our aunt.
Thank you everyone at Brandon House.

We are really happy with the staff, they are very approachable, friendly. Dad is well looked after, clean and presentable. He is always offered food and drink. We are asked to the get-togethers in the evenings. Find these difficult as we work. We attend the daytime events. We like the was the home
decorated for various events. ie. remembrance day, Halloween etc. The three years he has been here he has been looked after really well and is known as Grandad. We find that lovely.

I find Brandon House Care Home's hospitality very good and the assistants are always helpful. Anything you ask of them they always oblige. Cleanliness and the food is very good and the amount of entertainment for the residents is excellent.
