My stay at Louisville was 5 star.
The staff are amazing and very loving and caring. Each and every resident were hugged and kissed throughout the day and smiles were lit up on even the most withdrawn faces. Happiness was spread throughout the home.
Rooms bright and cheery. Place very well
maintained.
Food was lovely and fresh daily and catered for all needs.
Lovely knowing there are places like this to look after our loved ones

My father has been a resident of Louisville Nursing Home for almost five years. H is well looked after by all the staff. Everyone at Louisville is friendly and always willing to help us as a family. Daddy is settled and seems to be content.

The staff of Louisville are always pleasant and friendly. My mother receives a good standard of care at the home and is very comfortable with the staff. No matter what my mother needs, they are always willing to help.

I regularly visit a few times a week and found my relative to be well looked after and in good form.

Since I have been here the staff have been great to me from the nurse to the care staff and they have been very helpful to me. The management try to help you with what you need. God bless them all. I am very grateful for them.

It is first class care, the management and staff do it with lots of love for all the residents with who they treat as though they are one of the family. I have been very happy with all the aspects of the nursing home, especially during this hard time for all. They deserve more gratitude so please

The staff have always been very helpful and kind whenever I have visited my Mum and my Mum has always seemed quite happy being there these past 8 years. It is only since being in hospital in January 2019 that she has not seemed as contented as she used to be. Think it unsettled her being in the
hospital.

My father was a resident at Louisville for around nine months! When my siblings and I went to view the home we were immediately impressed with the warm, friendly atmosphere! Daddy settled in quickly and was very content and comfortable! It was no problem to hang paintings and family photos and to
have personal belongings around his room! Staff were very personable and knew all our names. They were very prompt to contact daddy’s GP and inform us regarding any changes in his wellbeing or care. All the staff strived to provide a professional, nurturing and empathetic team. During daddy’s last weeks we couldn’t have asked for better care! He was treated with respect and dignity and the staff formed a guard of honour as daddy’s coffin left Louisville. I have the utmost praise and gratitude for their unwavering care and attention, thank you all.

My father spent 7/8 months at Louisville. From the moment he arrived we have found all staff to be genuine and caring. As my father's health deteriorated, I found him to be treated with great respect and dignity, right through until he passed away.
The care afforded to my family and me when he
passed away was considered and respectful.
Greatly appreciated.

To be honest I initially dismissed this nursing home as the website pictures were not very appealing.
However, due to difficulties finding a home that had vacancies and that could accommodate my late father's high dependency needs, the family eventually went to have a look around.
It was warm,
nicely decorated, clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly. My dad lived here for seven months before he passed away. He was so well looked after with respect, attentive care and compassion.
Best decision we made.

My aunt has been a resident of Louisville Nursing Home since July 2014 and over the past 4 years, I have always found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly always willing to talk about my aunt's well-being. The rooms and the communal areas are always very clean and tidy. The staff have treated
my aunt with respect and have done everything they can to make her as comfortable as possible.
