Since my mum has been in the home she has settled well and the care has been brilliant. The staff are so friendly and care for all the residents. We are so happy with the care.

Since my aunt moved in the change in her has been amazing. All the staff have been amazing. The home itself is always spotless.

Since my sister became a resident, her health and happiness have increased 200%, everyone: carers, management and residents have cared for my sister. Thanks to all.

My gran moved into the care home a few weeks ago. We have been so happy with the care and she is very happy. Staff have all been lovely and different activities are put on for them. Overall very happy.

Since my mother-in-law moved into the care home, we have been delighted with the standard of care that she has received. The staff have been amazing in helping her to settle in. They are so attentive and there are always different activities for her to engage in. The difference in her since she has
arrived has been great. The social media page is also brilliant for getting to see what is going on and for updates.

Mum moved into the care home about 4 weeks ago and has settled really well. Staff seem to be very attentive, and lots of activities are on offer.

My mum has been well looked after ever since she arrived. Staff are so nice to her and also very nice to me and my wife when we visit. I couldn't ask for any more in regards to my mum's care. I would recommend the care home to anyone who wishes to use it.

My mother has been in the care home for 3 years now and has been well looked after by staff. I feel the food is a bit questionable often cold or overcooked. I would like a bit more feedback I've been told they would email photos but this has never happened. Overall very happy with service provided.

I have attended at the care home at various times and days and have always found the care given to all residents to be exemplary. There is always some form of entertainment and the activities are engaging and stimulating for all residents. Family members are welcome at any time and receive excellent
support from staff. My mother is always clean and tidy, as is her bedroom.

Could not praise the staff enough. They go above and beyond taking care of my husband. It's been 2 years since my husband arrived at the home and he settled in straight away.

Cannot praise the staff enough, they take the time to talk to Jim and make him feel comfortable and safe at all times.

My mum has had a fantastic experience since coming to live at Douglas View. She participates in activities which she enjoys and meet her needs. A highlight is being able to have her hair done by the hairdresser! We are always greeted with a smile by all staff. The activities team are fabulous at
getting Mum out and about and getting to know her as a person.

My mother has been well looked after in this nursing home. The staff are amazing and its well kept clean. The have brilliant entertainment for the resident every week.

All the staff have been nice, helpful and always have time for a little chat. The top floor corner is far too small. Why not open mid-corridor door at pool table so residents can go for a wander up and down the corridor. Food basic, cheap bread for sandwiches. Cakes are nice.

Mum always receives exactly the care she needs. The staff treat her like family and truly make her feel at home.

My brother-in-law has settled well in Douglas View over the last 3 months. They have cared for him well and made him very welcome. He classes it now as his family.
