Thank you for the care my father-in-law received.
Thank you to the deputy manager for checking in with us and keeping us updated, your empathy was very much appreciated.
My father-in-law was always clean and shaven, room was spotless. Thank you.

Care staff work very hard and are very attentive. Felt the company was not very friendly, could improve on empathy with family. Rooms clean but bedding could be updated. Went to Beverly a few days after my dad died with a thank-you gift staff at reception, did not speak to me not one word. Need some
bereavement training.

A home from home. My father loves Beverly Lodge. He settled so quickly. I believe this to be the caring attitude of the staff. Everyone can never do enough for my father. I would highly recommend Beverly Lodge Nursing Home for anyone wishing to get ongoing care for a loved one. The home has

An outstanding care home. My father has settled very well and is very happy. The staff are fantastic nothing is a bother. Regular updates and progress are given. The care home manager is available for any questions and the home is managed superbly. The staff can not do enough for my father. I cannot
rate Beverly Lodge highly enough. It’s a home from home. Friendly caring family feel.

My dad is a resident and he has settled in well. I feel this is due to the friendliness off the staff. Nothing is too much bother and they are always willing to spend time chatting with dad.
We can not fault the care that dad has received and we have the knowledge that he is safe and well looked
after at all times.
My dad is a fussy eater and the chef has gone out of her way to make food that he would enjoy.
We are always kept up to date with dad's daily progress and the staff are more than willing to take the time to explain things.
The home is spotless and myself and my family are content that dad is being well cared for by people who do actually care.

Care is second to none. Staff are fantastic and very attentive to all my father's needs. He has settled in very well and very quickly and I put this down to the interaction from the staff who always pop in to chat to him. Staff are professional and caring and the home is extremely well managed. Lots
of staff on duty.

Beverley Lodge provides highly personalised care to residents. Nothing is too much bother. Staff are very friendly and professional and always keep family fully informed of issues relating to my father. My dad is such a fussy eater and will get visits from the chef to accommodate his dietary needs
if there is something on the menu he does not like. Service and care is fantastic.
