Tixover is an excellent care home surrounded by beautiful countryside. The facilities & room are clean, comfortable and well equiped. Meals are varied & of exceptional quality & nutritious. Staff are excellent & excel themselves in caring for the residents. Family atmosphere, Mum is enjoying her care here. Home from home. I am happy that Mum is safe & well cared for.

My father seems to have been very happy during his stay at Tixover Grange. The staff were all very kind and thoughtful, and the overall management could not have been more efficient. A very pleasant stay for Respite.

First time my husband has had respite care so I was very nervous & upset leaving him. But staff soon put my mind at rest. No restrictions on visiting times so whenever you arrived you could see how happy all were. Nothing hidden. Staff worked with you to make sure he got the very best of care. Thank you!

My mothers experience was considered caring the Demencia head of unit team leader was very observent to all mums personal needs keeping her adjust so her transition ran smoothly. The home runs as a team creating a lovely family feeling. I will deinately use the home again especially for rest bite. Thank you x.

The home has a welcoming feel to it the moment you walk in. All the staff are engaging. Courteous and helpful. Any queries are always dealt with promptly. This reflects well on the residents who all appear happy and well.

I cannot express highly enough the professionalism, care, kindness and dedication of this team of people. They are committed professionals who create an environment of safety, care, respect and dignity for their residents. The carehome has a strong and highly experienced management team which sets the very high standard to which every member of staff, without exception, adheres to. I can't thank them enough for caring for my mum so warmly, kindly and professionally. Thank you so much.

I am very comfortable in the care home. The staff are very caring and the medical care staff look after me well. Regular entertainment is laid on from outside. Internal entertainment eg. quizzes, bowls and darts are a regular feature. All efforts are made to make sure we (residents) are well looked after.

Lovely home. Well laid out for those less able. Variety of sitting areas. Staff could not be more helpful & proactive in recognising the needs of residents. Staff very welcoming of visitors. There is also tea/coffee & cakes & fruit available for visitors. You can also join residents for a meal if booked in advance. Safe gardens available to get fresh air in. All excellent. Spacious rooms.

Very interesting. Very welcoming. Staff excellent. Rooms are all excellent. Clean facilities. Cleanlines couldn't be better. Fruit available for visitors was lovely. Residents seem to enjoy the activities. Security looks excellent. Resident is very happy here and well looked after.

First time using this care home with my nana, she seems to have settled in so quickly. All the staff have been so welcoming and seem so compassionate - it's clear they care deeply about the residents. We all have peace of mind knowing our loved one is safe, happy and respected. Thank you!

Dad moved here at the end of last year. He was reluctantly agreeing he needed more care, but has now settled in well. His pictures are on the wall of his room, books in place & TV, so he has all he needs.

We are finding Tixover House Care Home an ideal place for my aunt. She is being looked after very well, clean, looking tidy, her room is always looked after, and her laundry done and put away. The staff pop in and ask if she's comfortable and we love that we can make ourselves a cup of tea and help ourselves to a scone or cake. The management and staff are all very approachable and helpful. Everything is done with a smile.

Excellent care provided with absolute detail. My mother has dementia and is always unsettled with strangers. However, the professionalism, empathy, experience and understanding of the staff made Mum feel very settled. Not once did they have to contact me for help. Very friendly place located in a beautiful, rural surrounding. I feel so comfortable that it was almost like an extension of our home.

I feel very confident in saying that Tixover House gives my dad the full support and care that we would struggle to match if he were at home. I'm happy it gives me the peace of mind that there is always help around him.

Barchester Tixover House Care Home feels welcoming from the minute you step through the door. The care and support given to my father is second to none. He is happy, safe, comfortable and all his needs are being met. The staff are very caring and approachable which means a lot. I feel reassured and happy that he is being looked after so well. I can recommend Tixover to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

The family have found all staff at Barchester Tixover House Care Home to be very polite and very approachable. If there is anything that requires attention in Dad's care, I always receive a a phone call advising me of what's happening. The facilities for Dad are just what he needs. I would fully recommend this particular care home.

My experience at Barchester Tixover House Care Home. I visited my friend, got a warm welcome at the front door. I was given a nice cup of coffee and a piece of cake and the staff were very polite and made me feel welcome. Read the newspaper to my friend and had a lovely afternoon.

We phoned Barchester Tixover House Care Home requesting emergency care for my father. All staff bent over backwards to help given the lateness of the day. Special thanks 3 members of staff in particular, all couldn't have done more. Thank you to you all. Would recommend Tixover every time. Thank you.

I have always found the management and staff extremely helpful and they go out of their way to make residents and visitors feel at home. My mother-in-law now has lots of new friends and interests.
