When selecting a care home for dad, we researched and visited Lindley Grange, as you can imagine it was an upsetting experience for us all, but the carers have made the transition a less stressful one and dad seems to have settled in quicker than expected. There is a homelike atmosphere and the
environment is clean and well maintained, we are kept up to date with dads activities / progress by Becky (who is amazing) and all the Carer's from what we've seen treat the residents with the up most respect and dignity. Thank you Lindley Grange

My wife Karen and I found the premises to be a delight, very impressed with all aspects as depicted in the tick box section. We were fortunate enough to attend on an excellent entertainments day. Well done to everyone.

This is a 5 star carehome!
The building is to an excellent standard, inside each room is too, residents have different rooms to go to and space to themselves or to be with others.
The places they take residents out is always good and to their needs. The activities held are planned very well and
bring enjoyment to residents and also invite family and friends along too and some of the special ones.
The safety, care, hygiene and over all running of the home is a 5 out of 5 standard which is excellent.
My family member is cared for over and above by the staff and we couldn't ask for more.

I'm really happy with the care my mother is receiving. Everyone is friendly and courteous towards her. She is always busy and there is lots to keep her occupied, which helps her a lot. She enjoys the visitors and the entertainment that is arranged. I feel happy in the knowledge that she is settled
and is being well card for.

I am very happy with Lindley Grange Care Home. My mum has been in there for 7 months and has received excellent care. The carers are very loving towards the residents and the home has a very homely and welcoming atmosphere. It is a a well manged home.

We cannot thank all the staff at Lindley Grange enough for their specialist holistic care, kindness and support to my aunt and ourselves on admission to your care setting.
It was a difficult and worrying time but the staff made the transition easier and less stressful for all with there warm
welcome.
My aunt is settling in well and enjoying the varied activities that are thoughtfully arranged.
The staff are always welcoming and we are made to feel comfortable and given regular updates and support.

My relative has now spent over 3 years in care homes and this includes the last 7 months in Lindley Grange. She has received much better care at Lindley than the previous care home. Lindley is a happy place with a great staff team and management. The goodwill & care is palpable. I have yet to see a
member of staff who does not have that special empathy which I would say is a calling or vocation - this I think is down to good management. I would strongly recommend Lindley Care Home to all who may be interested.

Happy environment with helpful friendly staff. Good food and a varied menu. Comfortable bedroom, always clean and tidy. Entertainment is very good and very much enjoyed staff are caring and always around if help is needed.

Lindley Grange provides excellent care for my mother where she is looked after and encouraged to join in a wide range of activities as well as individual ones - these take place both in the home itself and outside through Visits. I cannot praise the staff highly enough for their care and attention
going above and beyond what may be expected of them to give their best to the residents. This place deserves the rank of excellent in every possible category, and my sister and I are completely happy that our mother is in the best place to live out her days

Lindley Grange is an absolute brilliant nursing home, my Grandma hasn't been there long but we are all very impressed with the home,caring, friendly and helpful staff, and the effort made in keeping the residents engaged and entertained.
My Gran has been enjoying her day trips out and little jobs
given, although she is suffering from dementia she is settled, eating alot better than her previous home and joining in alot more to everyday activities.
Would highly recommend this home, keep up the good work, its much appreciated.

I enjoyed the visit to the local nursery where we did some crafts with the children and singing happy birthday to my friend. I'm looking forward to the children coming here this week.
We've also been doing activities themed around a cruise, 'visiting' different countries. That's been great fun. I
like all of the nurses and care staff here as they look after are very well. They always take time to talk and we share stories.

My dad has improved immeasurably since my dad came to the home. He's settled so well, put on weight and has benefited massively from the activities and attentiveness of the team here. He's been able to participate in a number of activities that have genuinely brought some joy to him. The staff here
have been amazing and I always feel so welcomed. Nursing is of the highest quality and I'm kept informed and up to date. I feel so much happier knowing he's being well cared for. Thank you.

When looking for a care home for my elderly mum I visited several care homes and decided on Lindley grange because, although it was further from me than I wanted it to be, there was a strong feeling that it was a welcoming and caring environment which was somewhere i felt mum would be safe,
treated with respect and listened to.
She has been taken for a visit to a garden centre and called in the cafe and enjoyed a drink and a slice of cake.
All the staff say hello when they pass by and she is surrounded in the safe arms of a caring home.
The care manager always finds time for a chat and really understands the needs of residents.
I am so glad I found this wonderful place.

This is a first class care home. Mum has been here for 18 months now and could not be more settled. She is able to choose whether to join in the many varied activities on offer, and often chooses to join in as the activities are both stimulating and appropriate. The attention and care given by every
member of the Lindley Grange team has given us peace of mind that mum is in the correct provision and the staff could not do any more for her.

Since mum became a resident of Lindley Grange I've been extremely impressed with all the care she receives in all respects. To see her getting involved in the singing, dancing, drawing, cooking, and outdoor activities to name just a few, is so heartwarming, as it's just what she used to loved to
do. It's fantastic to see her safe, clean and happy, and joining in with residents and staff alike.

My mum first went to Cleveland House first, she was not happy there. Then she went to Linley Grange, what a difference. The staff were amazing, they had lots of activities going on, the staff were caring and discreet. .It's such a happy place. So glad that my mum spent her last days there

Have visited the family member several times now and have seen an improvement in his manner and recognised us straight away. We had a laugh and he joined in with the conversation when possible.
The staff on duty at the time were pleasant and joined in the conversation as well. The resident seems
happy enough to be in 'The Grange' and takes part in activities on offer.

This is a fantastic place for any family member that needs care. They can not do enough for my mum. They also take the time to speak with us and make us all feel at ease and welcome. They have activities to involve all residents and there families.

Since our dad has been a resident here we have been so overwhelmed by the care and love he has received. They have gone above and beyond to make sure dad settled in to his new home. There isn't a day goes by when there is some kind of entertainment or activity available if dad wants to participate.
They have taken dad on many trips and this has enriched his life so much. A special shout out has to go to to a specific member of staff who organises all the activities. The thought that goes into everything from meals to personal care and nursing is outstanding! All the staff are friendly, approachable and will always listen to any concerns we've had. Overall we are so happy that dad has found his forever home.
