My brother has lived at Heatherley for over 25 years, and during that time he has been cared for by staff with care and dignity second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, and I have always been made to feel very much part of a small knit family there, and continue to feel so. All
staff know me and my family by name and keep me informed of anything I need to know. Heatherley is a beautiful home run by wonderful nursing staff, carers, management, kitchen staff, administration, activities and everyone else. I cannot fault it.
