Very please with everything at Greatwood House. Staff are brilliant and the care given to mum has been excellent. Would recommend Greatwood House to anyone.

During the time Mum has spent at Greatwood, we, the family, have been overwhelmed by the amazing staff and the care and attention they show to her and the other residents. We are delighted we chose Greatwood!

The care provided cannot be faulted, Michael is a resident due to his health & security. The care home provides peace of mind for all concerned with Michael. I am very happy with all the facilities and care provided.

My uncle came into the care of Greatwood House recently due to declining health & frailty & dementia. To date the level of care and help he has received is really good. The staff are all very friendly. The atmosphere is really nice. I am so pleased with the care and attention my uncle is receiving.

Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere making visitors feel relaxed. Helpful staff, who seem to know residents and their needs very well. Considerate of the needs of family members during the Christmas period.

The staff at Greatwood House are fantastic! It's a pleasure going in to see my mum. They are are friendly, kind and always have a smile. The girl that does the entertainmnet is brilliant on what must be a tight fund but her energy and fun lights the place up. And the manager & office staff are
always there for any concern I have. They do a wonderful job.

Having been a resident here for 2 years my brother is extremely happy. He calls Greatwood House his home. All the staff are friendly and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble. Extremely satisfied.

My dad moved into Greatwood House on the 4/2/25. He sadly passed away there on the 17/7/25 a few days after his 90th Birthday. He was well cared for, any concerns were communicated to me straight away. The facilities are great, as is the entertainment programme. When he began to decline rapidly, the
staff were very attentive and caring to me and my dad. He was treated with dignity and care during his last few days. He passed away peacefully with us around him and his favorite music playing.

The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness and the modern furniture, very impressed, then greeted by the office staff like old friends. I have also sampled the food, like being at a restaurant.

The home has provided mum with a safe and generally happy environment. The level of care mum requires could not be provided in her own home or that of family members and the staff and facilities provided at Greatwood House have given peace of mind to mum relatives. The staff demonstrate patience,
caring and good humour in sometimes difficult circumstances. They are a credit to themselves and Greatwood House.

During my mothers respite stay at Greatwood her care from the home was excellent in every way. My mother can be quite demanding at times but the staff handle her ery well and made her feel comfortable at all times. She is now permanently staying at the home after careful consideration with myself
and family. We feel that she will be in a safe environment and will be looked after at all times. Which gives myself peace of mind whilst I am at work. I will always recommend Greatwood to all my family and friends.

My brother has learning difficulties and has been at Greatwood House for almost 12 months, in that time he has settled in well. The staff are wonderful, they all go above and beyond to care. They have different activities every week and trips out to the zoo and airport. He is really settled there,
if he wasn't I'm sure he would let me and the staff know.
