My Mum is very happy and well cared for, and the staff are always helpful and have a smile for everybody. This is an excellent care home, the staff are very good at keeping us up to date with Mum's care and are always easy to get in contact with.

My mother chose this care home and we are both extremely pleased with the decision. She has been so well looked after and cared for that her mental and physical health has improved greatly. She has made friends and got back to her 'social' self. She talks about how safe she feels, how caring the
staff are, how many friends she has made and the wonderful activities.

My mum has received excellent care since moving to Oakhill House in July 2024.
Staff are kind and caring, and always have time for Mum.
Quality of food is excellent.
Rooms and amenities are very good.

The home smelt fresh and clean. The staff are very attentive to the care they provide. Always happy. My friend is always supported to take part in activities.

Oakhill House is a very welcoming, friendly home. There are always staff cleaning and about. All the staff say "Hello, how are you?" etc. The food looks good and smells delicious, they even made a cake for my husband's birthday. The level of care is excellent. The activities in the lounge for
residents are suitable for this kind of care and are always varied. I am kept well informed about my husband's care.

Oakhill House is an excellent care home. All the staff are so caring and kind. My aunt has been here for nearly a year now and has settled in so well. Her needs are very well met and the staff are gentle and so thoughtful.

Oakhill took great care of my father during his time there. His end-of-life care was excellent, and they were a great support to our family. He was always well looked after, happy and content. We can't thank them enough.
