Staff are excellent - friendly, helpful, caring & going the extra mile. The home is clean, warm, safe & well managed. My parents are happy & their health needs well cared for.

My late husband was a resident at Belmont Villa until eighteen months ago. I was extremely happy with every aspect of his care. I am very grateful to the staff for their care and support while he was there. I got to know staff and residents well so now I visit every week as a volunteer to do activities or talk to residents.

The care and consideration my aunt has received has been wonderful. The staff in particular have been so kind attentive not only to her but to husband and family. This is an expensive nursing home, although the care and facilities reflect this.

My sister-in-law is well cared for to her needs. She has settled very well at the home. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. They seem to go over what you would expect. Also they are very kind to my brother, my sister-in-law's husband. The home seems very well run. It has a homely feel. They have some lovely entertainment and do lots of activities. Have a nice garden to sit out in during the nice weather. As a family we are all happy with my sister-in-law's care.

The premises feel like a family home rather than a corporate entity or institution. The staff are of a very high standard and a number are quite exceptional. Recent upgrades have enhanced for positive atmosphere of the day rooms. The greatest testament is that my mother now refers to Belmont as her home.

Belmont is a wonderful home for my mother. She as been there over 3 years and is very happy. The staff and management team are great! Kind and caring, will address any concerns quickly. The location is perfect for taking Mum to the park which is just across the road. It is a huge relief knowing she is in such good hands. Activities of music, singing, crafts and parties are fun and varied and enjoyed by all. I would recommend Belmont to anyone looking for a very happy, family friendly home.

Belmont Villa is a really lovely family-run nursing home. All the staff are so kind, caring, warm, friendly. (My mum has mentioned one carer not so nice, but no one I have met - everyone else excellent). Nice room with lots of light. The home has been updating facilities and organise a lot of lovely activities. The food to be honest isn't the best... room for improvement. Otherwise a really lovely home. My mum is very settled. As a family member I couldn't be made more welcome and at ease.

My aunt is very well looked after and happy at Belmont villa, it is a very friendly environment there and the staff always take time to speak to you.

My wife gets excellent treatment at Belmont. She has a lovely room on the second floor, it's always clean and the staff are wonderful. The dining room is very clean and the furniture is modern. They always got something going on for the residents. I'm very happy how they look after my wife.

Whilst my mum was living at Belmont Villa ( sadly she passed away peacefully last month. I found the staff to be exceptionally caring and she loved all of them The management and nursing staff Were first class, when we did have issues they always listened and implemented any changes we thought mum would benefit from. But most of the praise has to go to the general care staff. They made her smile everyday. Kept us informed of her moods and day to day activities. If I had one negative comment, it would be I believe more music should be played. I think dementia patients relate to music and they should turn the tv off and play more age appropriate music.

My mother was a resident of Belmont nursing home for 10 years and was given exceptional care by both management and staff during her stay. As a family we could not fault her care and when we did have any issues these were rectified immediately by the management team. During the final 6 weeks when my mother fell ill the staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for my sister and I during this difficult time.

My mother has been cared for at Belmont Villa in the last nine months until her recent passing. Belmont Villa is a lovely clean home with very caring staff, they made my mothers stay there so happy and cared for her with the utmost dignity especially towards the end of her life. I was allowed into her room for the last days and everyone was so kind to me. If you have a family member who requires care Belmont Villa should be at the top of your list, I am so glad I picked this home for my mum.
