Belle Vue has been an absolute godsend for my father and our family. He is thriving there, he's so well-cared for, he says he feels comfortable and happy and he seems 10 years younger since he arrived in June 2025. The staff without exception are very kind, welcoming and professional , and extremely well-organised and ambitious for the residents. . Thank you Belle Vue we are so pleased to have found you.

My partner has been at Belle Vue since November 2023. During this time I have visited most weekdays staying several hours. The reason for stating this is that the observations I have made have been consistant throughout. There is always a bright and friendly welcome upon arrival to Belle Vue that continues to the upper floors; also the lovely interactions with residents, which is customary from all staff members. All staff are helpful, kind, caring and considerate to residents and visitors alike. The home is maintained beautifully and has a superb level of cleanliness. I could go on but the 5 stars demonstrate the rest. An added benefit that Belle Vue has created (which others and I find so special) is the relaxed ambiance, the community, family feel and the friendships that have formed from this. My partner appears settled and content. I would not want him anywhere else and thank everyone for providing that peace of mind

I have visited a number of care homes in the region and Belle Vue is one of the best. My friend is well cared for safe and secure. Activities are put on daily and varied. My only critisim is that the lounge is small and there is only the dining room to sit in to have a conversation, as the small lounge is always occupied by another resident.

Lovely care home well maintained situated close to the sea front with beautiful sensory garden. Staff are friendly, helpful and caring, and respectful of the residents. High standards for cleanliness and hygiene. Wellbeing staff regularly arrange activities and trips including singing/karaoke, quiz time, arts and crafts. Overall am impressed and reassured that this is a caring environment for our loved ones.

My husband has been in belle vue care home since November 2024. I can only stress how fantastic all the staff are. Dementia is a very demanding disease and I have witnessed how careful and understanding the staff are when there are problems with some of the residents. They take them on trips and do lots of entertaining in situ which is what my husband needs. Food is amazing no one could go hungry. I would recommend Belle Vue to anyone considering having to place there loved ones in care. Thank you to all the staff for caring for my husband .

I have found that Belle Vue Nursing Home is run very well. The staff are all friendly and efficient, as well as very helpful. My wife seems to be relaxed here. The home is clean and well maintained, all in all very good.

Staff helpful and friendly, nothing to much trouble, not an easy job on the Dementia level but things seem to run as smooth as possible, We are so glad we chose Belle Vue for my husband as we feel he gets the right care. The reception staff do a great job and I appreciate their patience. All in all we have no worries.

Just so impressed by Belle Vue care home - the staff are all excellent and keep mum active and entertained. I live some distance away, but have total peace of mind that mum is in good hands. It's definitely the people that make a place and I can't praise Belle Vue enough.

I can't say enough in praise of Belle Vue Care Home. You often hear bad things on the news regarding care homes & not enough about really good ones. My mum has been a resident for over a year & every staff member, from the front door reception, to the carers, manager & cleaning staff are friendly & my mum even calls them friends. The care is exceptional & mum is so much more relaxed now she has no worries. It's always a pleasure to visit mum & I'm made to feel welcome & no longer worry about her as I know she is in good kind hands & I will be informed of anything staff are concernd with re: mum's health. Thank you to all staff at Belle Vue for really caring about your residents.

My father was a resident here for nearly 5 years on the dementia floor. The staff here are exemplary. They cared for and 'loved' my Dad all through his time here in particular the nursing staff and his carer who also cared for him. Sadly he passed away on 30th October but right through to the end he was comfortable and well cared for. Again the staff were thoughtful and understanding to me and my family during the final days. The home is clean and the residents are happy and well fed. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you, he was happy here.

My brother has been a resident at Belle Vue Care Home for over twelve months. His care has been beyond criticism, competent and friendly staff who have been most kind and obligingly to all members of our family. The facilities and accommodation are first-rate, always very clean and tidy. A huge improvement on two previous nursing homes.

We are now approaching our second year at Belle Vue Care Home. I can only say our time here has been outstanding and my siblings and myself are just absolutely amazed at the quality of care our brother receives. Nothing is too much trouble. Management, nurses and carers are all dedicated to making everyone comfortable and supported. We feel so lucky every day to have found the perfect home. Thank you one and all.

Both my parents have just recently moved into Belle Vue. Staff are friendly and caring. Management staff are amazing, go above and beyond their duties. Staff have made Mum and Dad, and us, so welcome. Looking forward to a long and happy future in Bellevue for my parents.

Overall, such a great place. Clean and tidy. Great all-around outlook to care. Attentive and caring staff team. Made a difference to my dad's wellbeing in a positive way. Dad was in quite a bad care environment prior to coming to Belle Vue. Thank you.

Excellent care home. They took great care of my friend right up to the end. The staff are great, staff wonderful. A very well run home cannot fault it, very impressed with all the events they carry out for the clients. A place full of smiles and laughter. Always someone to talk to if you are struggling.

Belle Vue has been an absolute godsend for my father and our family. My husband has been in belle vue care home since November 2024. I can only stress how fantastic all the staff are. Excellent care home. They took great care of my friend right up to the end. The staff are great, staff wonderful.
