My husband has had excellent care, from lovely staff. He is enjoying the food and looks well. I was a bit confused about where to put his washing.

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent visit to you between 24th October 2025 to 7th November 2025 which was needed due to a fall I had prior to this.
Every department which includes the cleaners, carers, nurses, receptionist, house keeping, restaurant and kitchen were all working to a very high standard.
For your information, I was in hospitality business including working at Hotels for the majority of my working life and from experience I know that giving the best hospitality will ensure happy and satisfied guests and residents.
I would like to thank you all for a wonderful experience during my stay. If in the years later down the line I would be interested in staying in one of your apartments I will not hesitate to get in touch.

My elderly aunt was admitted for end of life care at this care home. She received the highest standard of care from all the staff looking after her. They were professional and caring and we were always made very welcome when we visited. She had a lovely room on the ground floor where she could
look out at the trees which she loved. The team invited us for a meal when my aunt was near the end of her life. She wasn't well enough to eat with us but it gave my siblings and I an opportunity to all be together with my aunt in her last days. I highly recommend this wonderful care home if you are looking for a nurturing caring home for a family member.

The whole experience staying here is extremely good. Makes one feel relaxed whilst dealing with their issues. Staff are extremely friendly and always make conversation.

Excellent stay. All the staff are friendly and attentive. The food is amazing and the chef is helpful. Food arrived promptly and the restaurant staff were very attentive.
Everywhere was kept spotlessly clean.

Absolutely excellent so caring, understanding staff cannot do enough to make my husbands life here as comfortable and pleasurable as poss. Welcoming to all the family too.

I came in unexpectedly for brief respite care, in pain and virtually immobile. I was given a warm and cheerful welcome, the room was lovely and the staff were a pleasure to deal with and very efficient. I wish I could thank them all personally.
I really enjoyed the food, which was varied and
good. My visiting husband also appreciated it!

Our friend was terminally ill and knew it himself. The staff dealing with him were amazingly attentive and supportive. If he asked for attention by ringing the bell, the response from staff was immediate.
Three of us were with him when he died. When the staff heard the news from us, we had
sympathies and hugs from staff. They then sat us down in a quiet area to settle ourselves and they brought us coffee.
Amazing service for which we are very grateful.

We had teething problems in the beginning that were dealt with in a very professional, caring way. So happy that my mum likes staying at Barchester Bushey House Beaumont. We see lots of smiles from staff and have noticed how attentive and caring they are to residents and families. Thank you so much.

A restful stay, really enjoyed my time at Barchester Bushey House Beaumont, the staff were kind. While it was not perfect, I had a lovely stay and would recommend the care home.

My husband has enjoyed his time here, I was happy because I knew he would be looked after really well. The food and ambience has been wonderful, its like a five star hotel. We will certainly use the home again because it is like a real home, it is so comfortable. Had lunch with my husband and it was

When we first arrived in the care park, we looked in through the kitchen window and were very impressed with the size and quality. The menu reflects that good first impression. My aunt is very happy here and though reluctant at first, now joins in with many of the activities.

My mother had a great stay at the Barchester Bushey House Beaumont Care Home for two weeks of respite. The team were really attentive to her needs and it was great to see her engaged in the daily activities or enjoying the sunshine in the beautiful grounds.
