My mum has been very well treated over the last year. The staff know her needs and are responsive & caring.
We are reassured she is well looked after.

I have just celebrated 2 years living at Lynde House Care Home. I have enjoyed every hour, & every day I have been here. The care I have been given is beyond words. I am privileged to have been appointed Resdient Ambassador which enables me to mingle more closely with other Residents. This
interaction has had a positive effect on my personal well being. Thank you Lynde House.

Lynde House is perfectly appointed facility for my mother who has been a resident since March 2025. The staff are attentive & always around to reassure and comfort residents, or simply provide company. I can highly reccomend.

After my hip operation I couldn't hope to have a finer place to convelace. The staff are absolutely amazing absolitely amazing - The facilities are perfect to.
My situation I cannot express my appreciattion of the talented and profesional persons here. - Absolutely amazing.

I have had a very good stay. Staff have been brilliant, very kind & helpful. I could not have done so well without staff help. I have been here twice, once 3 years ago and now Dec 25. I come back because I had very good care.

Over all for a 'new' to care home Respite resident, a comforting & good experience. Flowers in the room on entry a nice touch. Restaurant & staff there were very helpful & make it feel lik a normal lunch or supper in a restaurant. All the staff, who were very well led, were genuinely kind & caring.
We would reccomend Lynde House to friends or family.

When my wife passed on, not just the staff but also the residents became aware and were gently supportive. I wanted to point this out to show how care homes become homes!

The staff are excellent in Lynde House. I'm treated with dignity and care, everyone have been so kind and helpful and always have time for me when I am feeling down. Activities are usualy interesting. Food is beautifully served and mostly healthy.

Beautiful facilities - garden, dining room etc. All staff are kind, considerate and caring nothing is too much trouble for residents and family members.
Excellent program of activities for residents. Organised and interesting.

A good rest from my usual routine at home. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

I spent 4 weeks respite care in Lynde House and it was a very happy time. All staff including carers were wonderful. They were so kind and skilled and looked after me with great warmth. Also the menu was very varied and delicious - compliments to the chefs.

After my second stay here, having had a bad fall 3 weeks ago. I feel refreshed and ready to go home at the end of this week. The care staff and nurses have been so kind and helpful and always have time for me when I am feeling down. Activities are usually interesting and suitable. Food is
beautifully served and mostly healthy, though thought for diabetics could be better (e.g sweetened fruit juices, big helpings of carbohydrates) but staff can sometimes be persuaded to provide an alternative. I hope to able to live independently but this is the next best thing!

I spend 3 weeks for respite care in the Richmond House. My stay was extremely comfortable and welcoming and friendly. All members of staff , carers, admin, attendants - made me feel at ease and I recovered well. Thank you. A special mention to one cheerful person!

Our Dad was looked after by Lynde House for approx 15 months. Our experience as a family was overwhelmingly positive. The home itself is peaceful and calm, the extensive and well maintained garden was an excellent bonus. Dad moved to Lynde House after having short term nursing care following
discharge from hospital. On arrival at Lynde House Dad was still experiencing delirium/disorientation. We were all very impressed and relieved at how quickly he settled in. All of the team members embraced his sometimes quirky behaviour. The nursing care was exceptional and quick to react to any health changes. The carers were incredible, they cared from their hearts. As a family we were always made very welcome, we meaningfully became part of the Lynde House family. The passing of Dad was handled very well. As a family we were wrapped up in their care as well. Thank you to Lynde House for leaving our family with nothing but fond memories.
