I think the staff are very good with the residents. A very clean home, and very well run.

The staff are amazing. The level of care that they provide for my mother is first class. They stimulate her following a severe stroke and are compassionate, thoughtful and genuinely put the "care" into care.
Being such an independent lady prior to her stroke, it has been a difficult adjustment to
make. I would class the whole team as friends and an extension to our family.

My mother-in-law has been in Nightingale Nursing Home for 8 weeks. Her health, to a certain point, has improved; she seems to have settled in fine; she is eating more, and at times is very happy; it was the best place for her, as at 93 she could no longer care for herself. Overall we are very happy
with Nightingale.

My mum has been in Nightingale for nearly five years. All the staff are friendly, hard-working and really care for the residents. Excellent activities for residents.

The standard of care is exceptional and every effort is focused on her wellbeing. It is evident that she is fond of the staff charged with her care and that is a huge comfort to her family.

The home is very welcoming and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I find the atmosphere to be very pleasant and homely. So glad to have picked this home for my brother.

Nightingale Care Home is unique. The Management is brilliant and is absolutely first class in every way and goes that extra mile. The nurses are second to none and the carers are just brilliant. My father was in end-of-life care and they looked after him and made him feel safe and nothing was too
much trouble. You could rest easy when you went home knowing that the care was the best. They are a great team and made you part of their family and looked after you. I practically went every day and there wasn't a day when anything wasn't too much trouble. I will miss them. Dad sadly passed away and it was so heartbreaking, but they looked after me and gave my dad a good send-off from the care home. I cannot thank them enough and I will forever be eternally grateful to everyone. Thank you, Nightingale, from the bottom of my heart, you really are truly amazing and come with a 10-star rating. Your ethos and values are of the highest standards. Thank you.

I am quite happy here. The staff are nice to me. I stay in my room a lot as it's nice and quiet. The ladies are very noisy and shout a lot, we men are different and just sit. The meals are ok, better some days than others but we do get a choice. My wife comes to see me nearly every day and if in my
room she feeds me.

From the moment my mum came to live at Nightingale, we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. It's been a roller coaster of emotions since November 23, made easier to cope with because of the wonderful care my mum receives daily because I have been able to visit my mum daily. Nightingale
residents/staff have become part of my life, suppose you could say a family.
Nothing is too much for my mum, they all make her feel safe and cared for. I couldn't ask for more than that. The management is first class, always on hand if we need them, same with all the staff. They take time in their busy day to ask how I am too. We know my mum's time is getting closer; when I lose her, I will also lose a special bond to Nightingale also.

The facilities are beautiful and clean. The staff are all polite, helpful and very obliging. Nothing is too much trouble. They interact with the residents very well which the residents enjoy. The management are the same which is great to see and they enjoy activities too. It's a home-from-home. It
is wonderful to know that I can rest assured of my husband's safe and secure well-being. With a huge thank you to all at Nightingale.

Nightingale is a beautiful home. The residents are very well looked after. The staff are lovely and it's very clean and homely.

My visit today was very pleasant, my sister had just lunch and it looked delicious. I came with my daughter and was just in time for some activities, today it was musical instruments and the lovely activities lady who does the lounge activities kept both residents and us amused. It was great fun! We
applaud the activities lady in the lounge for all the activities she thinks up and gets the residents motivated and big smiles all around. I feel these times are the best and love seeing all residents join in and totally enjoy!

Had a lovely visit visiting my aunty. The activity lady who was in the lounge was playing musical instruments and got residents involved by playing music, dancing and all residents had an instrument and all thoroughly enjoyed themselves. My mum and I also got involved and had lots of fun. The
activities lady is fantastic with all residents getting them involved with lots of different activities which everyone seems to enjoy. It's lovely to see the residents having fun and seeing lots of happy faces.

My mother entered the care home in September 2023. She has settled well. The care she receives is excellent and I feel at ease that she is well and being well cared for. The staff are all approachable and keep me fully updated.

Great staff, lovely clean building. Residents are really very well cared for. The rooms are warm and comfortable, excellent care home. Really pleased my dad up in a good caring place.
