Caring patient staff well supervised with a kind attitude to the patient and always there to talk to relatives which I think is very important Vivian I find is very hands on with all the patients and is most helpful in every aspect of her job

Great staff dealing with very difficult circumstance well done , dealing with ever changing situations & client needs would like to see a bit more attention to the rear garden for staff & client enjoyment

My husband is at Elmstead House and we could not be happier with the care he receives. The staff is very friendly yet professional, the whole family feels he is in safe hands.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. I am happy with the care he is receiving. The place is very clean and most of the ,staff are excellent. The manager is wonderful, and so is the reception staff and nurses. The activities coordinator brings dad activities to accommodate him every week.

My father Mac knew in this place and also carer, the carer call my dad as papa, and I'm happy and please they keep an eye on him as a father and staff is friendly.

I have to that all the staff are so good with my aunt, the place is clean and tidy and run smoothly - The manager is extremely good !
I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a comfortable/safe/ well run with care home for your relative

My wife's aunt resides her since Oct 2023 and is looked after with dignity and care
The manager and all the staff work extremely well in keeping the home clean tidy and doing activities for all the residents

My friend lives in Elmstead House Care Home and I'm very thankful for the care he receives. The staff are kind, patient and really caring. I feel he is in good hands.
He has dementia and the activities are suitable for him. They understand his needs and keep him involved without pressure. Recently
they organise more outings, which really help his mental health and mood.
The home is clean, friendly and welcoming. I truly recommend this place to anyone looking for good care for their loved one.

Mum has settled in this environment very well, all her care needs are being met 25 hours. We, the family, appreciate the work and dedication of the staff.

My mother has been residing at Elmstead House for just under a year now. The staff are kind and compassionate, and my mum is always clean and presentable. Theres always lots of activities to take part in the lounge and my mum is very happy here. Lovely bunch of staff! Thank you.

My neighbour now lives here and seems to have settled in well. Everything is well organised and feels very calm for the residents. The carers clearly care about their work and I found it reassuring to see that vulnerable elderly people can receive such good care.

I am pleased with the way the staff at the night attends to my aunty at Elmstead House. They are really attentive, there is an element of fear when my aunty went to Elmstead but, the daily interaction gave me reassurance.

My aunt is a resident at DMP Elmstead House, and we're so grateful for the wonderful care she receives. The staff are kind, attentive, and treat her with real dignity and warmth. The home is clean, welcoming, and has a lovely community feel.

I want to express my deepest thanks to the wonderful team at Elmstead Care Home, especially Mona the nurse and Megha the carer, who look after my mother with such kindness, patience, and professionalism. Their compassion shines through in everything they do, and it gives myself real peace of mind
knowing she is in such capable hands. Monas calm, reassuring approach and attention to detail makes such a difference every day, Megha brings warmth, positivity and genuine care that my mother responds to so well. They both go above and beyond. Thank you.

I am really happy mu mom is here now. At first I was scared to bring her to a care home but to see her calm and relax here. I am happy. She is much better here.

Mom was here for over a year and a half, and she was always smiling. I got loads of photos the Activity Coordinator sent me over the years.

This care home is absolutely fantastic. My father in law staying almost a year. The team is super kind and professional. They let residents feel loved and cared. I am feeling happy with this choice.

Wonderful improvement. Lovely to see he has a TV in his room. He now listens to his radio before he was agitated, and not engaging but now there is much improvement, and a pleasure to see my family member happy,

My interactions with the staff at Elmstead House ranging from the Manager, and Assistant Manager to the day-to-day carers, have only been positive. The staff clearly take pride in their work and look to ensure residents are well looked after.
