Loxley Chase has improved more than expected in the last year 2025. Staff morale seems to have improved in the last 6 months which makes a pleasant home environment to visit. We visit regularly. All staff greet you with warmth and encouragement. As a family we are quite satisfied with the care
received.

Regular staff have been most helpful, for the last few months, a new manager has taken charge, who has yet to show her face to visitors who come every day - has since left. The old manageress and the new one were most efficient.
