My experience with this care home has always been five star.

I live in Hereford even though I was born in Wales. My mum now resides at this lovely care home. Each time I visit (as often as I can), sometimes announced, sometimes not, but each time we are greeted by staff with kindness and respect and always find my mum clean and nicely dressed. It's so very
important to me that my dear mother is cared for with love and kindness. I do come away with peace of mind, for which I am so grateful.

You cannot calls this a "residential home" it is one big family home - fantastic. The moment you walk through the door the welcome is fantastic, food fantastic and all the carers do for the residents including activities. I couldn't recommend it enough. Residents care for and safety comes first
there. Sad point only - don't close it, Glynneath will not be the same without Trem Y g=Glyn - well done everyone.

Trem y Glen is clean, well decorated with up-to-date facilities. I have visited at all times of the day and the care and heartwarming kindness of the staff is always the same. They are simply wonderful, courteous and hospitable every time. Very approachable, supportive and can be called on and
relied on whenever needed. They have made Mam's stay a very happy and pleasurable experience. The level of care is very high and a credit to your profession. Thank you from our whole family, and from Mam who is very happy in her new home.

The care provided at Trem y Glen is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The residents are extremely well looked after, kept clean and kept occupied. The care provided here is far superior to the care I have seen in private care homes.

The staff at Trem y Glyn are very supportive and kind. They are excellent with residents and nothing is too much trouble for them. It is a great shame my sister has to be moved to a more secure residence because she has settled in well, but unfortunately has found a way to get out through the
emergency exits to 'look after mum'.

All staff are friendly and very helpful, they try their very best to answer any questions I may have. I had an issue with ants in my Mothers room but that was dealt with straight away. The care my Mother has is second to none, although she can be difficult at times.

The whole family find the staff to be very helpful and obliging. The staff are very attentive and friendly. My Mother has been her for over two years and the care has been second to none. During lock down the residents were kept extremely safe. My Mother says the food is excellent. Thank you all.

My Mother cannot praise the staff and food enough. I have noticed a big change in my Mother's mental health since she has been here. She suffers from Bipolar and has quite a lot of low moods, but since she has been here she seems to be much happier and I've never seen her look so well. This is down
to the excellent staff and as my Mother always states 'The excellent food!' Couldn't be happier.

My mother has been in Trem y Glyn for nearly five years. She has been superbly cared for by all the wonderful staff and I can't compliment them enough. They are all very caring, compassionate and extremely efficient. This care home is highly thought of in the community and has been one of the best
in the Neath area. Long may it continue.

Very efficient entry control from friendly staff. Very attentive and caring staff throughout the visit. Very professional team providing good care.

My mother has recently become a resident at Trem y Glyn. Her and my dad were together nearly 70 years so it was a very difficult decision for him and the family to have to make. However, we fell so lucky to have such a first-class care home in the village that my mother was born and bred. The
management and all the staff went out of their way to make the transition go as smoothly as possible. We could not wish for better care and know that my mother is always treated with respect and dignity.

My aunt recently moved into this home, she has been made so welcome by all the staff. It is a comfortable homely environment and as a family, we are always made welcome and kept up to date with my aunt's care needs.

Very satisfied with the care given. Overall very clean and tidy. Staff excellent. It's like a home from home and always made welcome. Personal hygiene is excellent. My mother is safe and gets the care and support she needs. I couldn't ask for more knowing she is being looked after.

Staff very friendly. Made Mam feel at home straight away. Always on hand to answer questions. Always informative and always phone if doctor or ambulance has been called. Staff and management here are very good at their job. We are always made welcome when visiting. The standards are very high ad

An excellent care home throughout. Staff are so welcoming and caring. Always lots going on. Facilities are amazing. Decor is 100% light, cheerful and comfy. Bedrooms are great.
Lovely, large windows, very bright and cheerful. Residents are very lucky.

Excellent care home. My mother is exceptionally looked after by the staff. Lots of information is always available from staff. Lovely, light, pretty home. Always a warm welcome.

Have attended the home at Christmas for lunch which was very well organised. Thoroughly enjoyed. Meeting recently very informative. Absolutely first class staff. The decor is amazing. Light, clean and accessible. I am very pleased that my Mother in Law was given a place. Always organising events and
keeping the residents entertained.
