My father was a resident at the home from August 2024 until his death in May this year. I visited him a few times a year and I have friends who visited more frequently. His care was of a good standard and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The staff ensured that my dad saw my mum most days
as she resides there as well. The room was always clean and tidy. Overall I am very happy with the care he received and the way that they treated him once he died, ensuring that he was safely taken to the funeral home in an appropriate and timely way. They also made sure that it was easy to pick up his belongings.

The staff are always happy and polite. Nothing is too much trouble. Mum's very happy here. The security is very good, and the place is always clean and tidy.

My mum has been a resident in Topaz for almost 18 months now. All the staff continue to provide a first class service, not just caring for mum but also to our family too. They keep an eye on my Dad when he comes to visit Mum and are always friendly and approachable. We are very appreciative and
thankful that Mum is so well cared for and settled at Red Hill.

Mum has been in Red Hill for just over 3 years and as a family cannot praise the staff enough. There have been some challenging times with Mum these last few months, but we have had loads of support to help the family through it. All the staff are wonderful and we all as a family have our favourites
as you would in a lovely place like this. But all the staff are fab.

Mum moved into Red Hill 3 years ago. In all that time she has received care and compassion from the staff. Recently Mum has been ill with a chest infection and what with that and falling over has developed loss of memory in some matters. But she still continues to receive good care from staff. All
your staff at Red Hill are helpful and caring. Only one thing I think you could change is employing a staff member to sit with the residents and give them company in the day.

My mother has been a resident for approximately 3 years, when her dementia got to a point we could no longer keep her safe living at home. I cannot fault the care she has received during this time, the Management are very knowledgeable, approachable and helpful the nursing and care staff are all
brilliant and understand her needs even when she struggles to communicate with them, the auxiliaries keep the home comfortable and spotless. The continuity of the staff is excellent which I feel is essential for residents with dementia. There are plenty of organised activities for all the residents. There is a well balanced menu with a number of options available. I cannot express how thankful we are as a family for the care my mum receives and how happy and content she is.

My friend has moved into Red Hill a few weeks ago. We are amazed how the adaption to care home living has been achieved. The staff have been attentive to all her needs, the activities, the excellent food have all contributed to her welfare and mental wellbeing. There is a friendly atmosphere
throughout with even animal visits taking place which my friend appreciated. Having no family in this country, we all appreciate the care shown to her.

I have been here at Red Hill for almost a year and I have had excellent care and kindness from all the staff here. I can't fault them in any way.

I can't fault the service of care given to Mary who has been a resident for nearly three years. At every stage of her care any changes or health issues have been quickly communicated to me or her husband and actions taken. All staff, without exception, are pleasant and treat us as if we were family.
Mary has always been shown clean and nicely dressed in her room.

From our initial introduction to mum's last day, the staff have been attentive, proactive, welcoming and simply amazing!
Food always looked and smelled delicious and always something happening to keep the residents entertained and engaged.
Thank you Red Hill for looking after our mum.

When my mother arrived she was encouraged to join in activities. Which she enjoyed when the mood took her. Sitting with staff, I felt I was listened to when I expressed concerns about mum. Only criticism is during evenings and weekend their are less staff and answering the door is very slow. On the
whole staff were caring and conscientious.

My Aunt came to Red Hill in January 2023, having suffered a heart attack and as a result of that severe hypothermia one icy December morning in 2022.
After spells in different wards at hospital, then Malvern Community Hospital, she arrived, still not herself, for a CHC assessment.
Before her
arrival I had arranged to meet the Manager one Dulcie Link. What an impressive lady. I was shown around, nothing was hidden and my unease of my Aunt b being sent to Red Hill disappeared. I duly report back to my Aunt who had asked me to look/inspect, far and wide to recommend the best home for her, in my opinion.
My Aunt was treated as one of the 'Family", nothing was too much trouble, and there was always a mug of tea, a chat and plenty of smiles to make a new resident settle. The food is first class.
In the three years she has been here, she has been very happy, well looked after, and cared for including medication. She has never wanted to move , why would she!

The care from the team on topaz is excellent. The change in my mum is lovely. She now gets involved and is happy and smiling. She is eating things she never used to eat.
Can't thank you enough always polite and helpful when we visit

Our father was a resident from December 2024 until October 2025. Throughout his stay the care and kindness from Redhill has been excellent. Everyone of the staff made us feel very welcome as a family, Our father especially at the end was put front and centre. I am so glad that he lived at Redhill as
dad was treated with dignity and respect. Thank you.

My Mother Dania has been a resident at Redhill for nearly twelve months on the Dementia suite.
During her stay we have got to know the staff quite well. Both my wife and myself have been so impressed with the care Mum receives, we are also shown a great deal of compassion as we find mum's
situation very difficult to deal with.
The staff have a very challenging job which I certainly could not do
I would always be confident that Mum is in great hands, the staff are attentive, friendly, and compassionate with the residents who have conditions that would try the patience of a saint.
So well done Dulcie and Zoltan and all the staff keep on doing what your doing, a fantastic job.

My mum suffered with Dementia and was on Redhill's Topaz wing until her recent death.
The staff were so caring, compassionate and competent. It felt like a home from home in the way they cared for our whole family.
The enrichment activities really give mum something to enjoy, when she could. The
nursing care at the end was seamless.
There are, undoubtedly, newer, smarter looking care homes in the area. However, for quality of care ( including a lack of use of agency care) I would highly recommend Redhill.

Look past the chipped paintwork. What makes a good home is the people. I cannot fault the care here. The staff are unfailingly caring, cheerful and react to any request straight away. You are always important to them. The food is good, old fashioned British. The staff engage the residents in
activities as much as they are able to. Non of our children have any reservations about Redhill.

My mum-in-law was a resident for just over two years and it has been a positive experience overall. There were several stand out positives. These positives included: regular activities, regular meetings with the manager, involvement of community, food that always appeared appetising, approachable
and caring staff, option to have hair and nails done, and above all person centred care.
Unfortunately there were some issues. I am not an electrician, but the socket in the bedroom appeared dangerous to me. I do not remember if we mentioned about the socket (our bad). I will say that any issues or queries that we had were always quickly resolved by staff.
Care in the final hours was exceptional. Compassion and empathy were foremost at this sad time. The Last Office was beautifully carried out.
A huge thank you from the family.

Residents bathroom facilities are dated but totally adequate. Some windows have broken seals. On the other hand the ratio of staff to residents is far above more modern residences I have experienced. There are quiet gardens which residents can look out on or taken into. Main issue is for visitors
gaining access at weekends when no one is in reception apart from passing laundry and kitchen staff, after handover when residents are taken to lounge after breakfast, staff are then engaged giving personal care to residents.

Home from home nothing too much trouble, staff show compassion and empathy, diet good amount of choices, no concerns at al in any aspects how the home is run
