My sister has recently moved into Hylton View and I am amazed at how well she has settled in. This home has really changed my view on care homes. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and nothing ever seems too much. My sister has enjoyed joining in the arts and crafts and the lovely meals served.
Thank you to the care staff, management and admin are all very welcoming when coming into the home.

My nan has lived at Hylton View for almost 2 years and I couldn't wish for a better place for her to live. When I come to visit I rarely find her in her room as she's in the communal lounge or taking part in activities. My nan enjoys her meals and the staff are very helpful. Thank you to everyone.

This care home offers first class care and quality service from the get go. They have tailored my grandads needs specifically to him which is excellent. The manager and care staff are brilliant. My grandad is enjoying the meals that are freshly prepared by the cook. I could not be more settled and

Amazing care home with amazing staff that make everyone feel welcome and included. My personal experience has been nothing but wonderful for how they treat my Nana. They go above and beyond for everyone.

My friend has been in this home a little while now. The care she receives is fantastic nothing is a problem for the staff. The food is always fresh and home cooked. I only have good things to say about Hylton View it's a lovely friendly home.

I'm so glad we picked this care home for my grandma, the staff is amazing and couldn't do enough for you or the service users. She has settled amazingly through the staff assuring her she is perfectly safe. Couldn't not thank them enough

My mother has been at Hylton View Care Home for nearly 6 years. The care and catering and cleanliness cannot be praised highly enough. Would recommend this care centre highly enough.

I was against my mum going in a home you hear bad press about them how wrong that is. Hylton View staff where amazing to my mum, looked after her really well, place was spotless her cloth's always wash brilliant. Care workers always on hand with fresh drinks and snacks, meal choice was good and well
prepared. Management were brilliant when my mum reached her end, I am forever grateful.

My mam has been at Hylton View a few months and settled better than I thought she would in a care home. It's such a friendly environment the staff are lovely. The other residents are smiley and dressed well. The manager is approachable and friendly

All the staff are helpful and friendly. I'm really happy with the level of care and support my Gran receives and she always seems settled each time I come to visit. Her room is always lovely and clean. It's also great that theres a private facebook group so i can see some of the things my Gran gets
up to in the week, it's lovely to see her photographs pop up. I'd like to thank all the staff for your continued care for my Gran

My Nana spent around 5 weeks in Hylton View Care Home. The staff in here go above and beyond. They made us feel like we were all at home in what was a hard time. They treat my Nana with great dignity, care and respect. They excelled in all her needs and nothing was a problem. They took the time to
get her settled and make sure she was comfortable. Staff were professional but also down to earth. We could not be more greatful.
A extra special thanks to the Manager, who was always chatting and checking into my Nana, as well as making her laugh! He also spoke honestly and professionaly to family making the process smooth. My Nana sadly passed away in the care home. We could not be more greatful to this place and the staff for making my Nana so comfortable.

The experience in this care home is great, really looking after my grandad since he's came in. He's really enjoying it and settled right in, had no bother with anything. Fabulous care home. Really good and fun activities.

My mother is very comfortable and content. She says she feels safe, she enjoys the view from her room, especially "her tree". The staff are pleasant and always kind and helpful.

I find the staff very friendly and helpful to not just my grandmother but all residents and visitors. There is always plenty of activities on to keep the residents entertained and the building is well maintained and clean.

Staff are very helpful and friendly always helping my mam and other residents. Manager and deputy were always there when I needed them. The activities are really good, there's bingo, one to ones and more.

I couldn't be happier with the care and service that is provided to my husband. All staff go above and beyond and nothing is ever too much trouble. I feel content knowing my husband is safe and well looked after.
Management is amazing, super friendly and always willing to help.

My experience of Hylton View overall is excellent. The management are very open-door policy and very approachable. The staff are very diligent and very helpful. My grandmother has settled very well with help and co-operation of staff.

We find the home really clean and friendly, always makes you feel welcome, and seems to be looking after Dad really well. We are so pleased with the care he is receiving.

Great care home - looking after people that need it.
My grandmother became ill over the last few months, and the staff looked after her extremely well.
