Care is excellent. Staff are friendly and always happy to help. Environment is clean and safe and well maintained. Very supportive towards service users and also families.

My wife has been in Hampton Court for 14 months and has always been treated with respect never being ignored. All the staff are great and nothing is too much trouble. I have always been contacted if she has fallen etc and her personal care is excellent. Would definitely recommend this care home.

Overall experience is good, the staff are polite, affable, cheery and humourous. My dad came to the home initially on a palliative care arrangement with anticipated "days to live". The care has been good and alas the gentleman's health has improved and he's still with us. His quality of life from an
observational perspective has markedly improved.
Special shout out to Gina (manager) who endeavours to always assist both my dad (and by attachment myself) with his lifestyle, dietary and care needs. I would recommend this place to others with similar needs.

My mum has been a resident for 3 years. Since she has been there, it has changed ownership twice.
Rooms have been decorated and new bedroom furniture installed, along with washable flooring. These changes have made the bedrooms look inviting and clean.
The carers, many who have been there for
years, treat Mum like a member of their own family. We are delighted with the care she gets.

The care home is an excellent facility. The staff are fabulous, very caring and considerate. My father was treated with the utmost care and attention.
The manager of the care home, Gina, is a lovely and compassionate woman. She manages the care home with the utmost professionalism. By having that
calibre of management, it then stems all the way down to all the staff members.

My mom is very well looked after at Hampton Court. Staff are kind, caring and patient. Families of residents are always made to feel welcome, and staff are approachable. The home is very clean. There is a happy atmosphere, and there are regular events on. I would recommend Hampton Court.

All the staff at the care home work extremely hard. They are kind, caring and helpful. They provide entertainment for the residents. I would not hesitate in recommending this care home.

I have found Hampton Court to be a fantastic friendly home, the staff are on a personal level with the residents and really do take the time to interact, in fact all the workers from the bottom to tip are wlays friendly, polite, nothing is too much trouble, even when they are rushed of their feet
they still have the residents & families interest at heart. I cannot recommend this home anymore than I have. Fantastic on every level.

My father moved here from another care home as he needed complex dementia care. He would refuse food and personal care and had challenging behaviour. But, four weeks of being at Hampton Court, I have seen a massive improvement. He is always clean, eating better, and the rooms are spotless. This is
owing to the experienced and professional staff who are welcoming and make you feel at ease. I can't rate it enough. My mind is now at rest as I know he is getting the proper care he needs and is safe.

Each time I've visited my dad, he's always seemed happy and comfortable. The staff are very professional, kind and considerate, they also seem to entertain the residents well.

I find the staff are kind, sympathetic, and caring. The lodge is very clean, they look after my husband even though he is sometimes very trying. Thank you Hampton Court.

Home is spotless clean everywhere. Staff are caring and look after residents really well. My sister has lived here for the last 7 months. She is loved by all the staff. The nurses cares cleaners mangers reception staff are all amazing what they do for residents. If you have any concerns they will
sort it out right away. I have recommended this nursing home to other people who i know.

Mom's care is excellent, since moving into Hampton Court she has improved both physically and mentally. All staff are friendly and helpful.
