Very pleased with the care my husband received. The staff and management were pleasant, and very friendly made me feel very welcomed when I visited, the food was very nice I was offered meals, I would recommend the home to others.

Where do I start! Mistreating of residents, won't accept LPA's, and banning resident's family members for no reason at all. Some rooms don't have hot water, wallpaper falling off the walls, and toilets not working in some rooms. I mean the list is endless. I can't express to you how bad this place
is. For example, the management which includes the owner continually lies! if you challenge anything that goes on within Elizabeth House, the management team will ban you and then accuse you of harassment. Please do not send family members here. It will be the worst thing you ever do!

I thoroughly recommend Elizabeth House retirement home. The staff, management, food, environment, facilities etc are all first class. Staff and management cannot do enough for you. They are incredibly kind-hearted and caring people whether you are the oldest or the youngest. They have catered
for my food intolerances and wishes as far as ever possible keeping smiles on their faces! The staff always try to find time to have a chat and laugh with all the residents. We are all treated with respect at all times also. I would highly recommend Elizabeth House to everybody whether you are in respite like me or full time like most of the residents. I would be happy to answer any questions.
