My Nan has been in Elvy court since January and she has settled really well, previously she would not eat and used to be uncomfortable but since she has been there she has come out of her shell, she eats lots, always well groomed and even gets her nails done which she is proud of! I cannot fault the
staff they are all so friendly and make it feel like a home from home. Her room is always spotless and lots on the menu to cater for her

Mum's been at Elvy for about 5 weeks and has settled much better than we ever thought she would. We've been able to add our own touches to her room so she is surrounded by things that are familiar to her. She's being encouraged to join in the activities and is enjoying doing this. She's made
friends with other residents which is lovely to see. The staff are all lovely with her, and we are able to visit whenever we like. It was a huge step for the family moving mum to Elvy, but we can see that she is happy, which makes us happy. She's also safe here which is very very important to us.

My mum was only in Elvy court home for 6 weeks before she passed but in that little amount of time she was happy there, she said that her room was cozy, the staff was so lovely and helpful.what I liked about the home is how they catered for family with the coffee and tea machine and cakes.There was
so many activities for the residents practically every day, The home was clean and didnt smell at all, I would recommend this home to anyone, we as a family was happy with my mums care

Dad has been in Elvy Court for a number of years now and so is very settled. His room is bright and comfortable, and he seems to be well cared for by all the staff. He even comments that "they look after me very well!" All of the staff that we have dealt with including the nurses, carers and
administration team are friendly and helpful, so it isn't only Dad that they look after, it's family members too.

My mother has been in Elvy Court for 6 years now and if it wasn't for the care and dedication she receives from the staff she definitely would still not be here now. The staff are both caring and professional and the degrees of care she receives is first class. I can visit her at any time and
everyone from the reception team, carers and management including kitchen staff are exceptional. I can ask them about mums condition and they can always tell me without having to look up on their computer, this shows their dedication to their residents. My husband was in their care with vascular dementia for some 2.5 years and he was treated with dignity and respect and he was a very difficult resident at times. Elvy Court has many functions for the residents and I have attended some and they are very interactive and interesting and the residents thoroughly enjoy them. Anyone looking for a care home that provides excellent care for their relatives, then Elvy Court is for you.

My father has been a resident of Elvy Court since August. He has dementia and Alzheimer's and after a hospital stay, we realised how frail he had become.
It was an emotional step to put him in a care home but moving him to Elvy Court has been great. The place is like a hotel, staff and facilities
are fantastic and the food is so good. My dad has become so much stronger. Highly recommended.

My dad was moved from hospital to Elvy Court, thank you to the whole team who made the move very smooth. The home was amazing. All the staff were very helpful.

Our mum has recently become a resident at Elvy Court.
We were worried about how the effect of the transition of moving homes would affect mum, the staff have showed compassion and kindness towards mum, and us too.
They have taken all of our concerns on board, and reassured us on every occasion.
The care mum is receiving is exceptional, and we are always greeted with happy faces.
Elvy Court has a very nice feel about it.
The rooms are light and spacious, very clean and welcoming.
There are several rooms to use within Elvy Court depending on what your visit entails.
There is entertainment on a regular basis if you want to participate.
The in house hair salon is lovely, the maintenance team are great and will help to make your loved ones room really feel like home.
Well done Elvy Court for making these difficult times as nice as you possibly can.

Mum is well cared for. Sometimes she has food over her clothes but puts this there herself!
Carers help Mum in a kind way and try to engage with her.
She has been in Elvy Court for over 5 years and is settled.

I was very happy with my fathers care whilst at Elvy court, especially with the fantastic staff who cared for him, they were extremely helpful and very patient and always treated him like a guest rather than a resident. The food was also well presented and according to him very flavoursome, his
room was always spotlessly clean as were the communal areas, I particularly like the family room that had a wonderful coffee machine and some cakes and biscuits available. I would highly recommend Elvy court to anyone looking for a home where their loved ones can be happy, safe and well cared for.

I have ticked excellent on all questions as I cannot find fault with anything. The staff and management will do anything for you. The food is very goof and a good selection. The nurses and carers change and turn my wife regularly so she is comfortable and is settled in the home.

The care my sister consistently receives at your Sittingbourne home is exemplary. Every time I visit she looks very well cared for, her room is always clean and the staff talk to her in such a friendly way.
As a ex-nurse I understand how much care she needs and I'd like to say a huge thank you
and well done to the whole team.

My mother has been living at Elvy Court for 3 months. She is always treated with respect and kindness by all of the staff. The overall atmosphere at Elvy Court is calm and peaceful and this has helped my mother to settle in very well. There are activities offered that my mother can choose to
participate in as she wishes. She has enjoyed going into the garden and joining in singing when an entertainer came to the home. My mother enjoys the meals provided at Elvy Court and she has found an appetite that she did not have when she lived in her own home. She is encouraged to sit with other residents in the day but she can choose to be in her room or sleep as she wishes. My mother has help with washing and dressing and is always clean and tidy when I visit. Her mobility was poor before living at Elvy Court but it has improved greatly. The staff are always friendly and helpful to myself and my family. We can visit any time and we feel welcome.

Mum has been here over 2 years and we can only say that all staff ie office - nursing - cleaning - laundry - entertainment and catering have all been excellent with their care and their friendliness - the staff hold lots of activities as well

My mother was a resident at Elvy Court for 3 weeks' respite following a fall at home. My mother and her 3 daughters were very happy with the care she received. The staff were attentive and kind and went out of their way to make my mother's stay as pleasant as possible. I am a retired district nurse
and would definitely recommend Elvy Court for 24-hour care.

Our relative is happy in the home. She enjoys the food and the staff are good at feeding her. A couple of times we have been disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. On one occasion we asked a member of staff to arrange for the carpet to be hoovered and the tables to be wiped. We were
disappointed that the video meeting with KCC was held in the room with the resident present. The nurse attending the meeting did not seem fully aware of the needs of the resident. We had to correct these points. The staff generally are very kind, friendly and helpful.

I am so happy that mum is living in Elvy Court. She is happy there and that means a lot. I cannot fault the staff in all areas. I feel I can approach any member of staff with any concerns I have (not many) and they are dealt with.

Mum fell at Christmas and was admitted to Elvy Court after 3 weeks in hospital. Having never gone through this process before, we visited the home and found the staff extremely helpful and they answered all our questions during our visit and put our minds at ease.
Expecting her stay to be of short
duration, the fact that she is still with us 4 months later is in part due to the very good care and attention she has received from the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and any minor issues that have arisen, have all been dealt with immediately.
The staff are always available so any worries or concerns can be discussed and quickly resolved.

Mum moved in in December 2024. All the staff were supportive and accommodating during what was, for us, a very stressful time. Mum is always clean, well-presented and happy when we visit. We have noticed that she is also more alert and communicative than she has ever been. When we visit the staff
are always friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. Mum is always treated with respect and dignity. The room, clothes, and sheets are always clean too!
