I have found the care excellent. My mom is treated with dignity and we are kept up to date.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for how you cared for my Nan. From the second she came into your care we knew it was the right place for her. We were hesitant about her going into a care home but you have restored our faith in care homes, when it was noticed my Nan wasn't well it was dealt
with quickly and she had only been there less than 24 hours but staff knew she wasn't right this swift action gave us an extra few weeks with her . Every single person greeted you with a smile the home was always clean. During my Nans final few days everyone's kindness made it easier for us as a family. All of the staff are amazing but especially the staff on floor 3. Thank you all so much for your kindness we'll never forget it.

My mother resided at Delves Care Home for 19 months and I can say with upmost honesty, that she was her happiest that she had been in her later years.
It was with a heavy heart that my mom had to go into a carehome but she would have stated herself she was safe and looked after 24/7.
The staff
were all amazing but the night staff are the real stars and they comforted and cared for my mother, with all her night complex needs.
The home manger at the time Elaine was outstanding and enabled me to love my mother as a daughter again and stepped me away from being her carer. I'm extremely grateful to have got my mother/daughter relationship back in her final years.
The home became a new family and the memories I have I will cherish forever. Singers, fete's, day trips out, Christmas family meal etc.
Thank you Delves care staff "To the world you may be one person; but to one person you
may be the world " x

My nan has been so well looked after at Delves Court Care Home. The staff are always kind, caring and welcoming, and nothing ever seems too much trouble. It gives our family real peace of mind knowing she is safe, comfortable and treated with dignity every day. Thank you to all the team for the
amazing care and support you provide.

My Father was placed at Delves Care home following an end of life diagnosis. He spent 6 months at the home before he sadly passed on 7th May.
Whilst it was a difficult decision to place him in a care home, we chose Delves Court following several recommendations and it was definitely the right
choice.
Dad was looked after very well in a dignified and respectful manner. all the staff from Management, Nursing, Catering and Cleaning have been amazing.
My mum often had to visit on her own as we live out of town and she has was also very well looked after during visits.
We were kept informed on dads progress and during his final weeks updated regularly on all intervention and what the team were doing to make him comfortable.
Delves Court became dads second home and I and my family cannot thank all the staff enough for the amazing work they do.

Mom has been cared for very well at Delves Court for the last few years. Staff have been very caring and understanding, especially after Dad died. I like all the activities that go on in the home. The St George's Day celebration was lots of fun. I took Mom out for lunch and staff had dressed her
very nicely for the occasion in a pretty top and even found her jewellery.

Staff good with resident and family. My wife, who is the resident, cannot join in many activities as she is virtually blind and deaf, she does not always like the meals.

We found the Delves Court to be a very pleasant place when our uncle was in for end-of-life care. The staff were friendly and caring towards him and he would tell us how nice they were. Security was very good, staff welcoming, everywhere was always clean. Would recommend to anyone.

The staff looked after my mother with care and dignity and were very helpful. We would recommend The Delves.

From the moment we walked into Delves Court last summer, we felt that this was a future home for Mom. The management were extremely warm, caring and welcoming, and the room available had a view over a magnificent garden. Upon moving in we found that all the staff were so helpful and made Mom as
comfortable as she could be after leaving her home of nearly 50 years. As with all organisations, a few really bright stars shone out but all staff and management go about their days with a smile on their faces and are a credit to any caring organisation. Keep up the excellent standard.

My aunt for whom I also have LPA was a resident at Delves Ct for over 18 months. At all times she was cared for with respect and dignity by the Manager and her hard-working team. All issues (including a couple which required trips to hospital) were dealt with promptly and I was quickly informed. The
family were always made welcome and were able to speak to staff and management with concerns and questions being addressed quickly. As a family, we were very happy with the care and support given at Delves Ct and we would recommend the care home to other families.

My amazing dad spent the final 6 months of his life at Delves Court. From the minute he moved there the staff have been amazing with him. They helped him adjust to living a less independent life by making him feel so comfortable and never once made him feel he was losing his dignity. The manager was
particularly special to my dad, she always gave her time when he needed to talk and was present for doctors' calls if I wasn't available. They treated him like a family member and we will never forget the love and care he was shown by all the staff. Thank you.

Being a resident at Delves Court I speak from personal experience. The managers and staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Your room will be nicely decorated with wooden flooring, and underfloor heating, an ensuite toilet and a TV. The garden is well maintained with neat
lawns, patios, tables and chairs. Apart from having your own private room, there is a communal room on each floor if you want to mix and chat with other residents so if you're looking for a care home, I would look no further than the Delves. It's a 10/10 from me.

We are pursuing a case of neglect and negligence against the care home and Walsall Health Service as the home failed to recognise the demise of our father (he was dying from dementia); they failed to keep the family informed that he had stopped eating and drinking and they sent him to die in a
cubicle at the A&E department in the local hospital.
In their incredulous response to our complaint, they have admitted their negligence and also have stated they are not an acute unit as they advertise on their website they are so I would not leave your relatives here.
I would give them a zero as they do not deserve a one star.

Having experienced the very worst scenario at a step down assessment bed placement and a prolonged hospital stay as a result of poor care, my dad became a resident at Delves Court, initially with one to one nursing care in September.
From the day we looked around the staff have endeavoured not only
to treat Dad with empathy, understanding and genuine care, but they have also supported us as a family with the transition.
I cannot thank the manager, care staff, housekeeping, cooks, not forgetting maintenance and activities girls who took him for a day out last week that I am informed was as enjoyed by staff as much as Dad, he was genuinely happy and settled, he had the best day for too many months.
Real team work goes into providing this level of care, you should be very proud of yourselves, there are many facilities that could learn a lot from the way you do things.
Thank you all.

My ex-partner has been a resident at Delves Court for three weeks now and I am really pleased with the way he has been looked after, the managers and staff are amazing and treat residents with care and they will go above and beyond to do this, they are really friendly and listen to what the
residents need. I would absolutely recommend Delves Court to anyone that needed them for family members or loved ones to be cared for, nothing is any trouble for the staff to do, meals are really good and drinks are not only given to residents but also relatives.

My husband has been a resident at Delves Court for seven weeks now after being in the hospital since July. This has been a very difficult decision for us as a family. We need not have worried, the staff work tirelessly to provide loving care for all the residents. From management to everyone else
who works there, nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. Yesterday was my husband's birthday, his first one away from home, I arrived at 10 am to the sounds of laughter coming from his room, the celebrations had already started. The activity girls were there with maracas, xylophone and tambourines singing to him and laughing with him, it was a heartwarming sound, the celebrations continued all day with relatives coming and going and all were made welcome. Personally, I know I have made the right decision as family are looked after as well as residents. After a very brief stay at another home (1 week), which was very unsuccessful, I know now that I can safely walk away at the end of my daily visits.

My elderly aunty was given end-of-life care at Delves Court for just over two weeks. In that time we found the staff to be both experienced and caring. Furthermore, the property was very clean and tidy and we were very happy with the room my aunty had. Staff would sit with her for a chat in addition
to looking after her needs. My family and I would like to thank all the staff for their excellent care.

My mother was taken into Delves Court in October 2021, following a six week stay in hospital, to receive end of life care. This was a difficult time for both my sister and I, but having not been able to see our mother since she was admitted to hospital it was a great relief to see her being so well
cared for by the nurses and carers at Delves Court.
Her stay at Delves Court was unfortunately far too short and she passed away on Christmas Day. I cannot thank the nurses and carers enough for the kind way they treated my mother in her last days.
