My mum has recently gone into Croftwood for respite which was needed for both my mum & I due to her decline of her health, and I have been so worried how this would go, but due to the friendly, supportive & caring staff this has been a great relief & best decision.
From the first moment we arrived
we have been made very welcome & to know my mum is in the best care really makes this process much easier.
Thank you for your support so far you all do such an amazing job.

My nan has lived here for over 6 years and has always been really well cared for. Staff treat her and other residents with love and care and respect. She enjoys her meals here. Her room is always immaculately tidy and clean. She is safe here doors are always locked securely, mats are used to alert
staff of movement & falls.

My mum is well looked after, content & settled. The care workers at Croftwood are kind, helpful & dedicated. I know I can approach them at any time to discuss any problems mum has. The events organiser is amazing, she will go out of her way to help to organise birthday parties for mum & she's great
at arranging events & trips. I feel that mum is respected & treated with dignity by the brilliant care staff at Croftwood.

My mum has been in Croftwood for over 6 years now and we have been extremely happy with the care she receives. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. They are like mums extended family and treat her like their own. The home is very clean and the food is always very good
quality and a good variety. They keep us regularly updated on mums health and welfare and get in touch as soon as there is a problem.

Mum had a big birthday this month, the staff all made her feel very special, myself and the family who came to visit were all made welcome and could see how well looked after mum was.

mum only been here since wednesday but seems to be settling in well. All the staff i have met have been very friendly and helpful from Cheryl the manager and her deputy Sharon and admin Carol to the carers and all other members who i have briefly met but got no name yet and i would imagine those i

Always a pleasure to visit mum at Croftwood. The whole team are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. Best decision I made almost two years ago now when I had to make a very sad decision but it was definitely the right place for my mum.

My mother has been in Croftwood care home for nearly 3 years. I can not fault the care home or the staff, they have lots going on, a good range of food and my mum feels very at home there. Nothing is to much trouble and they do go above and beyond. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a
safe caring setting.

The team at Croftwood just can't be faulted at all. In the time we have had my Grandma there so far, I think almost 2 years or more, we haven't had any reason to be concerned or worried about anything.
She is clean, well cared for, respected and treated with love and compassion. I think it's also
fair to say that everyone resident is treated this way, this is all I have ever witnessed for not just my Grandma but the other people I see on my visits.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at Croftwood. We visited numerous facilities prior to choosing Croftwood and nothing could beat it. The instant warmth we felt from everyone was unmatched. Keep doing great things as you truly do make a difference.

The thing with Croftwood that stands apart from most is it feels like a home, some care homes are clinical no comfort or character it almost seems like a business.. Croftwood couldn't be further from that, and the reason we chose it for my grandma. She is treated with care and empathy and like part
of their own family which is something we appreciate the most. The time and dedication the people working at Croftwood provide is truly admirable never far from a smiley face or a caring hand to help those that need it. After viewing many care homes to find a suitable 1 for my grandma Croftwood came out on top for many reasons and I'm so glad my grandma gets to be cared for in such an empathetic caring and safe environment. Staff and carers are amazing. They care and are passionate about their residents. My father is not just looked after but is treated with the upmost respect and loved. There is always a lovely atmosphere.

My grandmother has recently become a resident at Croftwood. She needs support and company (despite being in good health for her age).
Nan seems happy there after having initial reservations. The staff are always polite and helpful when I visit.
I know two former employees of Croftwood who speak
very highly of the place and their former colleagues.

All Staff amazing nothing too much trouble caring show compassion , dignity well done always clean and tidy if looking for a care home I would be happy to recommend Croftwood Runcorn thank you all keep up the good work

Although we viewed several hoems Croftwood was our first choice, so as a fmaily we were happy for him to move here. Dad settled in very quickly and we were able to personalise his room to help him feel at home. Dad was recently unwell and attended hospital, the communication from Croftwood to us was
exemplary. They encourage Dad to join in activities, his hygiene is well looked after and he is eating well. The staff make us feel welcome too, we don't worry about Dad as he is safe. Dad likes all staff. I would not hesitate to put any family in Croftwood to live.

I enjoyed my stay at Croftwood. The staff were very caring. The food was fabulous. My room was cleaned every day and the bed was very comfortable. What more could I ask for.

Croftwood is a somewhat dated building in need of a refurbishment, that said everything else about it is excellent. Food is good, care is exceptional and the staff are brilliant. Would I recommend this place - Yes.

The staff always make us feel welcome. Nothing seems too much trouble. They take excellent care of our family member. Always plenty of activities to keep our loved ones occupied.

Every time I visit, I am greeted with a smile. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Very caring. My mother enjoys being here and joins in the activities that are provided.
