After a very difficult month in hospital, we were so glad to move dad to Grosvenor House. We rang on a bank holiday Monday, not expecting a response that day, but the manager rang the hospital and arranged a smooth transition for the following day. Dad was only at Grosvenor House for 3 weeks but it
was obvious from the start that he was very well looked after. All of the staff are lovely. I can't thank them enough for how well they kept dad comfortable in his final weeks.

All the staff at Grosvenor House have been professional, kind, thoughtful and went that extra mile to ensure our mother's last day were as comfortable and caring as possible. The home is clean and homely. Letting us adapt our mother's room as she had her bedroom at home. The whole family thank all
the staff with all our hearts.

My mum was at Grosvenor for 4 1/2 months and the care, respect and medical attention I couldn't have asked for more. From the moment mum entered the home she received the upmost respect, as a daughter going through the whole experience I have had support, I have had politeness, happiness and care
myself. I was even told 'be a daughter again, we'll do the caring for you', it felt like a weight had been lifted. Even at the end, upmost respect to mum.

Mother settled into the home quicker than I expected, I believe this was due to the friendly and attentive staff, and the comfortable pleasant surroundings. Overall the home and staff are excellent.

The staff are very friendly and helpfull. The home itself is very clean. Mom is very content and likes talking to the other residents. If there is anything we need to know, any of the staff are there to answer your questions.

Very caring home, made to feel welcome, couldn't do anymore if they tried. Would recommend the home to anyone, great care and entertainment and organised events.

My father came for end of life. My dad was so happy here for the 8 weeks he was at Grosvenor. Staff was so kind and very supportive and I hadn't see my dad so happy for years until he was placed here. I would like to thank all staff for their kindness towards my dad and us family. I can't thank them
enough.

Looked after my father in law for about 8 weeks, the staff went above and beyond to help, he was very happy here. The staff took great care of him and was so nice to all family members.

The staff are beyond reproach, from the moment we came to view this was a home from home, will never hear anyone speak badly about anything or anyone associated with Grosvenor House.

The staff are warm & committed to creating a safe & comfortable environment for the residents. They keep us informed & take the time to listen to us. We always feel valued & supported. The home is clean, welcoming & well-organised, with meaningful activities & nutritious meals. We couldn't be

The care received is excellent. Staff are kind & caring, engage with the residents & their families. The food is well prepared & nourishing & goes down well. The home is clean & smells fresh. The residents are always clean & tidy in appearance & showered regularly. The activities are varied &
enjoyed.

The care home staff are always welcoming and polite and always ready to answer questions. When I visit it is peacefull and relaxing and my mothers room is clean and warm.
