Very caring home, made to feel welcome, couldn't do anymore if they tried. Would recommend the home to anyone, great care and entertainment and organised events.

My father came for end of life. My dad was so happy here for the 8 weeks he was at Grosvenor. Staff was so kind and very supportive and I hadn't see my dad so happy for years until he was placed here. I would like to thank all staff for their kindness towards my dad and us family. I can't thank them
enough.

Looked after my father in law for about 8 weeks, the staff went above and beyond to help, he was very happy here. The staff took great care of him and was so nice to all family members.

The staff are beyond reproach, from the moment we came to view this was a home from home, will never hear anyone speak badly about anything or anyone associated with Grosvenor House.

From the initial visit to see if the home would suit my mothers needs, to taking her in and continual care, the staff have been friendly, polite, smiley and caring, it has proved to be 'a home from home' and I couldn't have asked for a safer more caring place for my mother to be. Her room is lovely
and spacious with en-suite, the lounges and conservatory are nicely decorated with plenty of places to sit in a bright environment. The continual care and nursing provided is excellent. All the staff contribute to making this the 'home' it is.

The care received is excellent. Staff are kind & caring, engage with the residents & their families. The food is well prepared & nourishing & goes down well. The home is clean & smells fresh. The residents are always clean & tidy in appearance & showered regularly. The activities are varied &
enjoyed.

Karyn daughter of Margaret. Grosvenor House is an exceptional care home for all aspects of care. My mother was well cared for in her final days. Well looked after and was informed of updates to any other care provision needed.

A wonderful nursing home for my father. He was cared for with dignity and kindness. Every member of staff always had a smile when we walked in. Nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend the home highly enough.

I come to visit my friend Karolyn and the atmosphere is so friendly. The staff are so friendly and extremely caring. As a visitor I have met the staff and they are wonderful and the building is lovely.

Wonderful home with excellent care provided. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Always accommodating to any needs we have with a nicely presented garden and clean facilities. I would highly recommend Grosvenor House.

I have been a temporary resident here for the last four weeks, to recover from a broken back and elbow following 2 falls. I have been looked after so well, all the staff without exception have been caring, thoughtful, friendly and totally professional. I have been extremely happy here and have
thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I cannot fault anything. I can think of no better place to recover and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you to everyone.

Staff have made my grandmother feel very comfortable and at ease since arriving. Consistent communication with family and timely medication and meals. Would absolutely recommend.
