Very good staff & manager. Can't fault them, they do a very good job when ever theirs something wrong they are always their straight away.

I find the staff kind and considerate. My mother has dementia and is 93 years old, and they are patient and kind when interacting with her. It is not easy looking after an elderly patient with dementia; they need 24-hour care. The home is always clean and tidy, and the residents are washed and
dressed whenever I visit. The food appears appetising and regular activities are on offer for those who wish to participate.

The home is in a lovely setting. The rooms are a good size (my mum's also has a wetroom) and are kept in a spotless condition. Residents are able to bring any personal items with them to make their room their own. The food is very good, and the chef makes a cake when a resident celebrates their
birthday. Staff are friendly and welcoming and look after the residents well. We are very happy with the level of care given to Mum.

Staff are always attentive and very pleasant. They care about the residents very well. Happy my father is at Field Farm House.

The home is in a lovely setting, and the individual bedrooms are a good size, kept immaculately clean, and it's nice that the residents can personalise their rooms with pictures, etc. The staff are very caring of the residents, and welcoming to all visitors. The food is freshly cooked each day, and
the chef always makes a birthday cake for each resident, which is much appreciated by all. Very happy with the care my mother is receiving.

Always a pleasure to come to see my mother with a welcoming environment. Always a smile and able to ask questions when I need to.
I've seen how kind the staff are to my mother, and only once she has ever asked me to take her home, and that was when I took two lambs in to see her - probably wanting
to see the sheep at home again.

I am deeply grateful for the support and care towards my father. It's a very delicate situation to have someone you care with dementia, and at this late stage, having this professional care with heart is super important.

I have always found the staff to be polite and very helpful. They are ready to explain and answer any queries I may have had. The same goes for the management at Field Farm. The rooms are always clean and warm, as is the communal area. It is satisfying to know that my wife is safe and seemingly
content. Thanks to all at Field Farm House.

My mother recently passed away whilst she was a resident of Field Farm Residential Home in Hereford. I can only say that the staff were far more than brilliant. They gave me regular updates on mothers condition and took great care to make sure that she was comfortable in her final days.

My sister has been at Field Farm House for almost 10 years now and is warm, comfortable and well cared for. The staff are caring and considerate, which you can tell by her reactions to them during visits. Experienced by myself. I am kept well informed of her health and condition regularly. A

My partner has been in the care home since January & I have no complaints whatsoever. More importantly I have received no negative feedback from my partner. She appears happy & content having settled in quicker than I would have imagined. This is partly due to the staff who I have found to be
exceedingly kind & helpful.

Staff very considerate and helpful.
Wife eating well and looks better than when at home. Although almost non vocal appears very settled with her situation.
Management answer any queries quickly.
Very happy with the care she is receiving.

The home is always clean and tidy staff are always polite mum is always clean tidy and well dressed and happy the only thing I would like is for a china cup for a cup of tea for visitors but that's just me I don't like drinking out of plastic cups it not a complete just a suggestion

All staff, including management have been more than helpful and friendly to my mother and myself. Since my mother entered as a resident her health, her personal care, food, everything has improved. The staff are great with resident relations and make sure they are well cared for. Medications are
administered at the correct times of day for the best result.
When my mum entered this home she was bedridden, non verbal, had lost 2 dress sizes and become very isolated in mind and body.
Since moving into Field Farm House mum is now smiling, eating, taking part in activities and walking with assistance when possible. She always looks clean and tidy in her clothing as well as personal care.
Even though she has Alzheimers and Vascular Dementia, with the care given I will see my mum for longer.
She is always treated with dignity and compassion. Her room is excellent with views over the countryside, it is well maintained and decorated beautifully with neutral colours.
