Say of mum its means "it warm like an open fire"

Mum has been a resident at Fields Farm House since July 2022. During her time there, whenever I visit, I always find her happy & contented. She is clean & tidy & obviously very well fed. She seems to enjoy all the activities that are offered & has made some good friends with other residents

Very good staff & manager. Can't fault them, they do a very good job when ever theirs something wrong they are always their straight away.

I find the staff kind and considerate. My mother has dementia and is 93 years old, and they are patient and kind when interacting with her. It is not easy looking after an elderly patient with dementia; they need 24-hour care. The home is always clean and tidy, and the residents are washed and dressed whenever I visit. The food appears appetising and regular activities are on offer for those who wish to participate.

The home is in a lovely setting. The rooms are a good size (my mum's also has a wetroom) and are kept in a spotless condition. Residents are able to bring any personal items with them to make their room their own. The food is very good, and the chef makes a cake when a resident celebrates their birthday. Staff are friendly and welcoming and look after the residents well. We are very happy with the level of care given to Mum.

Staff are always attentive and very pleasant. They care about the residents very well. Happy my father is at Field Farm House.

The home is in a lovely setting, and the individual bedrooms are a good size, kept immaculately clean, and it's nice that the residents can personalise their rooms with pictures, etc. The staff are very caring of the residents, and welcoming to all visitors. The food is freshly cooked each day, and the chef always makes a birthday cake for each resident, which is much appreciated by all. Very happy with the care my mother is receiving.

I've seen how kind the staff are to my mother, and only once she has ever asked me to take her home, and that was when I took two lambs in to see her - probably wanting to see the sheep at home again.

I am more than happy with all aspects of care. The staff are excellent. Thanks to all.

I have always found the staff to be polite and very helpful. They are ready to explain and answer any queries I may have had. The same goes for the management at Field Farm. The rooms are always clean and warm, as is the communal area. It is satisfying to know that my wife is safe and seemingly content. Thanks to all at Field Farm House.

My mother recently passed away whilst she was a resident of Field Farm Residential Home in Hereford. I can only say that the staff were far more than brilliant. They gave me regular updates on mothers condition and took great care to make sure that she was comfortable in her final days.

My sister has been at Field Farm House for almost 10 years now and is warm, comfortable and well cared for. The staff are caring and considerate, which you can tell by her reactions to them during visits. Experienced by myself. I am kept well informed of her health and condition regularly. A difficult job. Well done!

My partner has been in the care home since January & I have no complaints whatsoever. More importantly I have received no negative feedback from my partner. She appears happy & content having settled in quicker than I would have imagined. This is partly due to the staff who I have found to be exceedingly kind & helpful.

The home is always clean and tidy staff are always polite mum is always clean tidy and well dressed and happy the only thing I would like is for a china cup for a cup of tea for visitors but that's just me I don't like drinking out of plastic cups it not a complete just a suggestion

She is always treated with dignity and compassion. Her room is excellent with views over the countryside, it is well maintained and decorated beautifully with neutral colours.
