Durham House is a really lovely care home. Dad has now been in Durham House for 1.5 years and is really settled, comfortable and happy there. From day 1 the staff have been absolutely amazing and are very friendly, caring, helpful and supportive. They are fantastic with Dad and with us. Durham
House are very flexible with visiting your loved one and are supportive with whatever works with you. They have an excellent activities coordinator who does lots of great activities to engage the residents. The home is clean and frequently decorated for different celebrations and seasons. One of the first things we noticed when we moved Dad in was how lovely the atmosphere is in Durham House. It feels a very cheerful, relaxed, positive and a love filled place to be.
