My aunt has been in Alexandra House for approx 4 months & I cannot fault anything about it. In fact, they all go above and beyond. The care has been given to the highest possible standard, excellent interactions between staff and residents, and always treat with the utmost respect, following
guidelines.
Food is always different. The rooms, facilities and dining room are spotless, and everyone is friendly. Would highly recommend.
The management, team leaders and staff work tirelessly around the clock.

Alexander House is so warm and welcoming, the staff are amazing, they all go above and beyond to help my mum and our family. In our opinion, my mum is receiving the best care ever, and we appreciate everything they are doing.

I visited unexpectedly yesterday and found my mother clean, tidy and comfortable. She has been bed patient for some time, and has been cared for very well, with no issues with skin or sores. My mother is an end of life patient, so to find her so at ease is a great comfort because of my job. I find
myself frequently in care homes and find Alexandra House both caring and aware of both residents and visitors, 10/10 every visit.

Very good, leaving has nothing to do with Alexandra House. The reason is that another care home is closer to our home.

The management and staff are so wonderful, they work so hard to create a comfortable 'home from home' environment for residents. Staff are always pleasant and welcoming to visitors and happy to help. The Home is beautifully decorated, modern, bright and clean. They manage complex care needs and
facilitate all. We would definitely recommend this care home. We can't thank them enough for all their love, care and support to us all, we will miss them.

I visit the home frequently I have always found the staff to be friendly and welcoming they always make time to answer any questions I may have it is always clean and tidy.

It is excellent, staff are very friendly, happy and fun-loving. Everyone speaks all of the time, always friendly. It's just great.

The staff at Alexandra House are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they care about the residents. They are always smiling and cheerful and they have made such a difference for us, knowing my father-in-law is cared for in between our visits.

Come to visit my cousin. The home is lovely, clean and staff really caring and pleasant when we come in.
My cousin is looked after really well, her skin is really smooth and soft. Her hair is tidy, her nails are lovely. The staff say she eats well. Can't complain about anything. Lovely home.

Dad went into this care home and assessment and has now been made permanent, really hard decision but the staff and manager have been brilliant, two carers have been fantastic with my dad's care and have listened and acted on any of my concerns straight away. One staff member is just fantastic and
has a lovely relationship with my dad as does two others. I sleep so much easier knowing he is well looked after by brilliant staff and a manager who listens and acts quickly.

Having been wary of my mother going into a home I have been delighted with how she is settled. The management and staff are amazing. There is nowhere else I would rather have my Mam placed.

We were very impressed with Alexandra House when my mother came here in 2020.
We moved my aunt (her older sister) here last year.
My aunt has benefited considerably from this move.

My mam alwats compliments how friendly and helpful staff are.
It would appear staff create time to talk to my mam, which she really appreciates. In addition, staff always seem to go beyond their role in terms of bringing in DVDs and getting the occasion present for my mam.
I feel Mam is well
looked after by all.

Very professional staff. Kind and informative. Nothing is too much to ask. My friend is very well dressed each day, clean and tidy.

Care is excellent, all staff ensure residents are well cared for and go over and above. Two senior carers in particular always have time to speak with me and are a credit to your team.

We needed urgent help in caring for our beloved Mam who due to age has become very frail and dependent. As is often the case she had previously always been strongly independent. This was the only home that offered her a respite bed. From the first moment when we were welcomed by a senior staff
member, we were reassured and relieved that we had done the right thing. Everyone involved in Mam's care has shown the utmost kindness and respect to her. I especially am impressed that there is a mix of male and female carers. All of who are knowledgeable and very experienced. It's great to be able to enjoy spending time with our Mam and knowing that she is in such good hands.

I have found all staff very friendly and helpful. I am very impressed with everything so far. The young girl on nights is so helpful and so are the day staff.
