As a care home can't fault the care given, it is exceptional, nothing is too much trouble, always available to listen and help with any queries I may have, which is really good peace of mind and the rooms are kept clean and tidy and the choice of menus is really good.

Would like to say a big thank you to all staff and management at aldergrove for looking after my 99 year old nan, she recieved the best care, and was always happy, staff were always attentive to her as she had dry macular dementia and could be very hard work at times. But the patience and care she
recieved was outstanding. Do thank you once again.

My mom currently resides at Aldergrove Manor, I could not ask for better care. They have made her feel welcome from the moment she arrived as well as myself, having never had to deal with care homes before we were both very nervous. Our nerves were put at ease immediately by the Home Manager and
Unit Manager, they were friendly, kind and informative. This is then felt throughout the home, the staff are very friendly and caring, they show compassion and genuine care. The home is clean, well decorated and has a lot of space, there are a lot of rooms available for when more family visit as well as some quieter areas for more secluded visits. The home goes above and beyond to provide that extra bit of care, thank you for everything you do.

I have lived at Aldergrove for 3 years, and I cannot fault it. The care I receive is fabulous, and the carers are really friendly and caring. The manager is lovely and goes above and beyond for everyone. The home is clean and spacious, and my room has a beautiful outlook. I am very happy here.

My father has been a resident for a couple of years. We are all really satisfied with the level of care that he receives. All staff are very caring and considerate, and they all show respect and treat my father very well. One of the most significant features of the home is the visibility and
accessibility of the senior staff team. The nursing and administrative team are highly approachable and friendly. The manager is always on hand and her door always open. Myself and the family would have no hesitation in recommending the home to others.

This care home is fantastic I can not fault it caring staff are brilliant very helpful and friendly the place is spotless clean corridors are quite long
Manager is very young and friendly
Gardens are very nice to sit outside when the weather is nice there are chairs with wooden tables I have
enjoyed every moment of my stay

Mom stayed here for a few years, overall it was good and most of the staff were fantastic, work really hard and looked after mom very well. Was only when she passed I had an issue as they lost her wedding ring and her TV which was there the day before she passed. I went there and sent many emails
with no response. I am still waiting for a response. But I will say some of the staff went above and beyond to help mom.

My brother was welcomed into Aldergrove Manor Care Home in February for nursing care. He got on well with the staff and they quickly got used to his communication difficulties and he settled in really well. He enjoyed his food and liked mixing with other people. When we visited he was always smiling
and said he was happy there.

I would highly recommend Aldergrove after my partner was in for 5months with lots of health problems and all the staff were very helpful and supporting to him and all the family with the end of life care. I cannot thank the staff enough, they were wonderful. I cannot thank the staff at Aldergrove
enough. I would recommend to anyone.

I searched long and hard to find the right place for my sister and brother-in-law, they were both in another care home which was awful. what a relief for them both to come to such a professionally run establishment. The place is spotless, patients are encouraged to take part in activities, the food
is first rate, varied and plentiful, the staff are friendly professional caring people the management is just excellent. Both my brother and sister thought they had moved to a 4* hotel compared to their previous place, which saw them both lose weight. Both my sister and brother-in-law are very happy where they are now, and we all cannot thank the people of alder grove manor enough.
for making their stay so pleasant and worry-free. THANK YOU ALDER GROVE MANOR

My mother recently moved to Aldergrove Manor from a previous care home. When she first arrived she was very agitated, confused and had problems sleeping which caused disruption to the other residents. However, with the patience, dedication and care that the staff on the Haven Unit have given her she
is now relaxed, less confused, sleeping better at night and therefore less disruptive. She is now happy, comfortable, clean and tidy and really enjoys the meals, especially the cakes.
I would like to send my sincere thanks to all at Aldergrove Manor especially the staff on the Haven Unit, who are always friendly and professional, for caring for my mother and getting such a positive change in her personality. I now have peace of mind that she is being properly looked after.

I called Aldergrove Manor to enquire about their home. I spoke to the manager who was pleasant and informative. I later visited to view. Wow. I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly, professional, clean, fresh smelling and tastefully modern. I arranged for my dad to become a resident. I'm so pleased he
is in the right hands. My stress has been relieved by Aldergrove. They look after him, he is happy and comfortable and the staff keep you informed. I'm so happy with my choice. Professional, warm and friendly. All the staff are passionate about their jobs and that's why they do it so well. Definitely a 5-star rating.

We recently had our father in Aldergrove Manor for end of life care, the staff were excellent under the circumstances, they were very understanding and very patient with our father. The catering was very good indeed whenever we wanted a drink it was there and sandwiches etc were supplied whenever we
had overnight stays.
