Am really happy with the care my mum is receiving at Priory Gardens. Staff are lovely and caring, and my mum loves the food here. They have some good activities and it is a happy atmosphere.

I feel that my mum is treated with dignity and is well cared for. She says that she is treated well and likes living here. Her carers have a very good relationship with her. She is always laughing and smiling when I come to visit. The home has a lovely atmosphere.

I am so pleased with the care and support that has been provided to my father and my family. The staff are all extremley friendly and helpful. I am so pleased that priory gardens is now my fathers home and safe space.

My dad stayed here for a long while as he had mid dementia, and the daytime staff who he knew and loved treat him like gold,and made sure he was well looked after..he looked at them as family...the only thing id say is the food isnt that nice and not alot of portion size..but i always took dads food
in for him anyways..sadly my dad got taken into hospital and never came back out again to be able to come back here, but i know certain staff will always remember him there as the cheeky chap he was....

Brilliant, always clean. Quick response when mother-in-law had a fall and all steps taken, great after care, taking care of all her needs. Staff are always friendly and can have a laugh.

I could never get bored of saying how wonderful Priory Gardens is. My Dad is cared for by the kindest, most caring bunch of people I've ever met. It's very comforting he's in such safe hands and that he actually loves it there. Thankyou all

Please answer the phones, we understand the staff are very busy and theres not enough of them but when needing an update on a relative its extremely hard to get through, it never used to be like this its definately gone downhill in more ways than one this past few months.

Can not say enough re this care home from our initial meetings right through to the very end of life experience, the staff are excellent, both loving and caring.

The entertainment was very entertaining mum really enjoyed it. She sang along and waved her arms around. It was lovely to see her happy and get out of bed. I also enjoyed the music very much.

Had a really good afternoon with my mam watching a magician/entertainer, all the residents enjoyed it. The staff were excellent, joining in and encouraging the resident. Great time!

I was invited to Sunday lunch at Priory Gardens yesterday, along with a friend. The lunch was beautifully cooked and thoroughly enjoyed by both of us. We were made to feel welcome, treated with utmost kindness by the carers, and by the event coordinator. Thanks to all, including the chef, for such a
pleasant, wholesome and tasty meal.

I was very impressed by staff all chatty and cheerful. The staff were so caring with residents. The rooms were very clean and I really liked the name plaques outside residents' rooms, which gave a little personal insight into each resident. We had a roast dinner followed by pudding and both were
delicious, I can highly recommend the food I was very impressed with all I saw. Priory Gardens has a really friendly feel to it.

All staff I encountered were helpful in explaining my dads care and needs. The rooms and comon areas are very clean, the staff make family and visitors so welcome, offering hot drinks and refreshments. We were very happy that this care home looked after our dad in his final years. We can't thank you

Priory gardens care home, cared for our dad for 2 years, they treated my dad so well in his final years, taking lots of stress away from the family. There's always activities going on for the residents and it's immaculately clean and welcoming. The nurses and care workers are excellent always caring
and showing compassion. We are so happy our dad was cared for so well. Well done to the management team, very well organised care home.

Since my arrival at Priory Gardens, just after Christmas, I have felt really well and relaxed. The atmosphere exuded by the staff, all the staff is so friendly, and positive, my well being has soared over this time.
