Please answer the phones, we understand the staff are very busy and theres not enough of them but when needing an update on a relative its extremely hard to get through, it never used to be like this its definately gone downhill in more ways than one this past few months.

I was invited to Sunday lunch at Priory Gardens yesterday, along with a friend. The lunch was beautifully cooked and thoroughly enjoyed by both of us. We were made to feel welcome, treated with utmost kindness by the carers, and by the event coordinator. Thanks to all, including the chef, for such a

I was very impressed by staff all chatty and cheerful. The staff were so caring with residents. The rooms were very clean and I really liked the name plaques outside residents' rooms, which gave a little personal insight into each resident. We had a roast dinner followed by pudding and both were delicious,
I can highly recommend the food I was very impressed with all I saw. Priory Gardens has a really friendly feel to it.

All staff I encountered were helpful in explaining my dads care and needs. The rooms and comon areas are very clean, the staff make family and visitors so welcome, offering hot drinks and refreshments. Priory gardens care home, cared for our dad for 2 years, they treated my dad so well in his final years, taking lots of stress away from the family. There's always activities going on for the residents and it's immaculately clean and welcoming. The nurses and care workers are excellent always caring
and showing compassion. We are so happy our dad was cared for so well. Well done to the management team, very well organised care home.
