My dad has been a resident around 16 months his health and wellbeing has vastly improved n that time. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Dad is very happy and as a good connection with all at Priory Gardens. Dad looks much younger and healthier than when he lived at home. I enjoy
visits knowing he is safe and well cared for.
This home is a credit to all who work there, thank you to you all.

Exceptional care from day one. What a lovely place. The staff are so helpful and caring. Wish we had found this for my dad. Mum went peacefully with the maximum of care and dignity. Thank you to all nursing staff.

When you arrive at Priory Gardens you are always greeted with a hello and a smile from all the staff and management, the care is very good, nothing is too much trouble. I can highly recommend Priory Gardens to anyone who is needing care.

Managers and staff are really friendly and helpful when visiting, no matter what time of day. Always willing to help with residents when necessary. Managers are always willing to talk to visitors about residents.
A selection of food is usually available to choose from at meal times. Residents have
regular baths or showers and always look well-dressed. Residents and visitors enjoy the entertainment and animal visiting day.

Our sister was a resident for a couple of years. We visited from overseas and found the carers to be very loving and welcoming. Our sister was always clean and well-nourished. We observed interactions that were not known to the carers and it was a great comfort to us to know she was so well cared for.
Obvious warmth and caring towards our sister by all the care staff. I phoned weekly to talk to my sister while she could still talk and afterwards whoever answered the phone would tell me how she and promised to tell my sister I had phoned and I love her, even though she possibly didn't understand. Thank you.

The Christmas day Christmas dinner was excellent. Also, today, Saturday 28th January was excellent too. Overall, the dinners have improved - cutting carrots into carrot strips is much better; my husband likes them but won't eat them when cut into rounds. Thank you for the improvement.

The staff are really caring, compassionate and hard-working.
I am always kept up to date with my mum's health and any changes in circumstances.
My mum is settled and enjoys chatting with the staff and learning about their families.
My mum has been a resident throughout COVID and as some restrictions
have been in place. These have been hard for families and residents, but necessary.

I feel that Priory Gardens is well run by management and the staff and carers. The carers are hard working due to shortages of carers. They work well together show care and dignity to the patients keeping them clean and well-fed, myself and my family are overwhelmed by the care to my wife. I have had

We have found Priory Gardens to be a fantastic place for my father; very comfortable and accommodating. All the staff go the extra mile for Dad's needs, and nothing is too much trouble.
The staff have kept me up to day with Dad's care with regular phone calls.
I couldn't ask for anything more.

As my mother's health deteriorates I find the level of care given to her is patient, kind and compassionate. Her needs are changing and the staff all adapt with her. Communication with myself and staff/management is good. If I have any concerns or worries I don't hesitate to speak with them. They are
always ready to listen and help. I find visiting at the weekends a little frustrating. There isn't anyone managing the entrance, so I can be waiting to enter and exit the building for quite a while.

The doorbell out of hours is passed through to our teams within the communities to answer the doors. I am sure you appreciate that at times they will be busy delivering care to Residents and this will create a delay in answering the doorbell. We have reiterated to the team the frustrations a delay for visitors causes and asked them to answer as soon as they are able. Unfortunately, we are not able to staff the entrance of the building out of hours due to the costs this incurs. We aim to try our best and your patience is appreciated in this matter. However, we welcome feedback if you feel the time waiting is unacceptable. Please speak to the nurse in charge of the shift if this occurs and they will investigate immediately.

Okay, where do I start, I have just lost my dear Dad but I know without a doubt that he was cared for and loved by all that looked after him. Dad was very precious to me and my husband but knowing how happy my Dad was at Priory Gardens helped us to be able to have time to gain some strength back after

Well what can we say, Dad is so happy, he loves his visits from us and my husband takes him out at least once a week.
