Nan went into Priory Gardens around 4 and a half years ago. It gives me real peace of mind that she was receiving the care she needed. The staff are all amazing. So loving caring understanding. I never quite knew what to expect from a care home but Priory Gardens put me at ease as soon as I walked in.
So clean and welcoming. It was like home from home. They go the extra mile, I remember when COVID hit receiving face time calls from staff so Nan could see us and talk a little. I could go on and on about just how amazing Priory Gardens is. Priory Gardens will always be a very special place to me and my family for the care they give Nan. It wasn't like going to visit Nan, it was like going to see the family Nan lived with. All heroes don't wear capes.

My Mother spent 20 months in Priory Gardens before she passed away in March 2024. During that time, I and my family got to know the staff well and felt she and the other residents were considered as part of their extended family. Having parents living in a care home is far from easy, but I was reassured
by the way staff comforted residents, putting in place measures to ensure they felt safe as they did with my Mother. The staff couldn't have been kinder and more considerate and I will always be grateful for the care she received especially towards the end. Thank you.

My mum went into Priory Gardens for respite and I can't express how wonderful and caring the staff are.
Took care of all her needs and were so attentive to all her needs. All I can say is God bless this wonderful staff always.

It has took me a while to write this review, my mum was in Priory Gardens for Palliative Care, the Nursing and Care staff are second to none! My Mum wanted for nothing, they gave her Care, dignity and patience throughout her illness, they met her every need, and ours as a Family, the compassion shown
to her after she passed was amazing! I couldn't thank them enough!

My mum has been cared for very well by all the staff I have met despite being ill and extremely confused. She is treated with care, dignity and a degree of patience. As a family, we are happy that she is safe and cared for at all times when that was no longer possible in her own home.

I can rest knowing my Mam is being looked after and cared for. Staff are always on top of Mam's health, and also keep me informed of any changes or illness. My mam says everyone is very good to her and that says it all.

Most impressed! Caring, friendly team of carers. The only negative comment I have is the disappearance of items from Nanna's room! Having said this, I know how difficult this must be to police.

Lovely care home. Very clean and excellent staff. Staff are very helpful and caring. Excellent communication between management and staff toward myself. I would highly recommend Priory Gardens Care Home to anyone who was looking for a care home for an elderly relative for respite, or full-time care.

We always have pet days. The ponies are really nice and gentle that come in on a Wednesday, we have a little dog called Luca who is very friendly. We look forward to our pet days, it makes us all smile. I hope we have more pet days. I found all the staff are supportive and helpful.

The care and consideration is excellent. Dad is very happy at Priory Gardens and has settled in well.
Rooms are tidy, occasionally could do with a paint touch-up.
Dad has a healthy appetite and sometimes says there is not enough. However, he says the food is generally good.
Overall, extremely happy
with care, staff, communication and general quality.

My mum moved into Priory Garden in April 2023, she has Alzheimer's which in turn causes Mum many mental health issues. The care team are fantastic, they are very patient, kind and understanding with Mum. The home itself is very welcoming, clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. The management team are
approachable and have treated my mum with dignity and respect. Everyone at Priory Gardens, including the cleaners, care staff, administration staff and management team have been absolutely wonderful. I cannot thank them enough for all the support we have received. I am happy in the knowledge that my mum is receiving a very high standard of care.
