i can not speak highly enough of Bradbury House. I no longer have to worry about my Dad and can instead spend quality time with him. This is a proper CARE home with incredible staff.
Activities are varied and every day so that the residents are fully engaged.

The staff all take good care of the residents. And they keep them occupied with things to do, and events to stimulate. The building is quite old, and in some need of investment, ref lift and some other areas. But saying that, it doesn't effect the level of care.

My family and I really do appreciate the high quality of care my husband receives. The homely atmosphere is conducive to him being happy and contented.
We find that the excellent manager and staff are always available to talk to and are aware of any new health problems that arise which are always
dealt with quickly. Bradbury House, Braintree is to be highly recommended and respected in every way.

The care home is a lovely friendly place all the staff and happy and helpful they go above and beyond for the residents that live here. There are always activites going on I would recomend the home to anyone

Live in Scotland but visit as often as possible. Always remembered by staff & happy to see me visit my mum. Although my brothers lives locally it is re-assuring to know that Mum is so well looked after. Thank you.

My brother has been at Bradbury House a few years now. After moving out of his home where he lived alone, really lonely and miserable, this home has been so good for him. He now thinks of everyone there as his family. All of the staff are so caring, nothing is too much trouble. There is always
something different planned for every day and the activities are always varied.
Such a wonderful place, he can call home.

A lovely care home which my mum is very happy living in.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable with regard to each residents likes & dislikes and treat them all with dignity & respect.
I would not hesitate to recommend Bradbury House to anyone looking for a care home for their love ones.

I have read the copy review and am very happy with the outcome.
Home management can't do enough for relatives. Staff are first-class care is second to none. Nothing is too much for them, 100% percent please. Would not put my husband anywhere else. Thank you to everyone at Bradbury House.

My Mum is a resident of Bradbury House she is treated with respect & dignity. There is always an activity or a visit from various organisations going on. My Mum greatly enjoys this & it makes her still feel connected to the outside world. My Mum is happy & that in turn makes me happy.

A wonderful afternoon tea with out mum. The staff here are fantastic, so hard working and so caring to all their residents as well as visitors. No problems and if there are any they are immediately solved or put right. A absolute pleasure and our mum love it here. With dementia, she thinks she is in
a 'holiday camp' how much happier can this get.

Wonderful staff so kind and caring to our mum and all residents. Everyone is so happy here. They is always so much for everyone to do and to interact with each other. Mum has dementia and is so well cared for and I recommend this home to everyone. Mum being here is the best thing we could of done
for her to keep her brain going. She is so happy.

The staff are amazing, also very attentive and helpful. The residents are given so much care and attention, with care and arranged activities. The staff are very caring and patient. They go above and beyond.

Nan has been at Bradbury House for 8 months now and we could not be happier with how she is being looked after. There are activities everyday, you can tell it is like a family here and the residents are loved and looked after. The social media posts also mean I get to see my nan everyday. The staff
here go above and beyond and we feel extremely lucky that nan got a place here.

We are so happy with the care my mum is receiving at Bradbury House. Her health has noticeably improved since she has been there and we are relieved that she is receiving such great care. The manager is always working hard every time we see her, the administrator has been a great help with finances
and the activities lady is always offering a varied and interesting choice of activities and events. Please pass on my family's thanks to all the staff there.

My mother-in-law moved in December. This care home has a very cosy feel and feels more like a B&B than a care home. That is a compliment as I viewed many care homes and they all felt clinical. Bradbury House has a lovely feeling when you walk in. Every carer is exceptional, including the management
and all staff that work here. Chef, cleaner, handyman are all very lovely. I am very happy my mother-in-law is here. I would only say that on some occasions they seem short-staffed but otherwise, very impressed.

When we first visited Bradbury House, I knew it was where I wanted my mum to live. The place immediately felt homely, and the staff we met were great. The food is lovely, and all the staff are so caring to every resident. They have different activities every day, which is great for my mum as she
likes to keep busy. I can visit anytime and always feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. Bradbury House is definitely a home-from-home.
