Staff are always helpful & friendly and kind. Would like more activities there. Taken out a lot more if possible for trips in the bus, even if its only for an hour. It breaks the day up for them gives them something to look forward to now the Summer is coming. Overall it is a very good home and my
sister is happy there.

My father in law seems to be content. He very much content. Enjoys the food and really appreciates the activities particularly concerts.

My main criteria is, is my dad happy? He tells me he is so I am satisfied that the home is doing something right.

Since my mother came into Cwrt-Clwydi-Gwyn she has settled better than we could have ever expected. She tells me she feels safe here and her room is now her home. The activity days are wonderful and she enjoys them immensely.

Sees lots more people than when she was at home. Says it's 'her home now'! No greater praise. Keep it up!

Overall the staff are very helpful and keep us up to date on any problems, keep us informed when there is entertainment which is very good. When I need to take my partner out they always have her ready so there is no delay. I feel I am very welcome to visit any time of day or evening when I can.

My dad has been in Cwrt-Clwydi-Gwyn Care Home since July 11th. After visiting several homes this was the best by far. The manager, admin & all staff have been outstanding. The care they have shown my dad in this short time has been second to none. It has been an extremely difficult time for us as a
family which has been made more manageable due to the care and support shown by the staff at the care home. My dad appears quite happy & settled and is well cared for, which gives us peace of mind. Thank you.

My friend moved in 11th November 2024.
I can't thank the manager and all the staff for what they do. It has been a trying time since my friend moved in but everyone has been amazing, food is great, I have had some myself. Homely feel throughout the home. Staff are always checking on my friend and
also checking that I am ok too. They all get me involved in everything that is going on, we have been doing the decorations on the trees for Christmas.
I feel he is being well looked after and I am very happy he is here, and me too.

On the 2nd September 2024, after a fall at my home on the weekend, medical and social assistance provided. I had rung Cwrt-Clwydi-Gwyn Care Home querying vacancies. The manager informed me of one and with confirmation from my surgery that I could walk (with an aid) and telephone reassurance, good!
The manager and assistant called to assess me on 6th September and after a thorough check informed me of physio and all fabulous. Staff exemplary.

I am a resident living here.
I love it, the people I live with are lovely.
The people who look after us are lovely.
The food is very nice. I like walking in the gardens.

We can't speak highly enough of Cwrt-Clwydi-Gwyn. Everything was of a very high standard and the home environment was warm, welcoming, and supportive, as well as decorated and maintained to a very high standard. Every member of staff under the excellent management ladies gives 100% all of the time
and we commend each and every one of them. A superb home. Thank you from all of the family.

My mother has been in the care home for 2 1/2 years. She is happy here and the carers treat her so well. It is home from home. I cannot fault it. Nothing pleases me more than seeing my mother so content, whilst feeling safe and happy.

My mother was in the care of this facility for just under a year before she sadly passed away (due to ill health). The care/compassion shown by every member of the care home was second to none. We were kept informed regarding anything to do with her care and if we had any queries they were always
answered with as much information as they had to share with us. All the staff in the care home were also very welcoming to us as a family and cared for our mother with dignity and respect. As a family, it is always a hard decision to make when deciding on a care home but I can honestly say we definitely made the right choice. All is left to say is thank you to the whole team for making our mother as comfortable as you could in her last few months.

I am so happy my mother is in the care of this home. I know she is being looked after and cared for, it has been eighteen months she has been there. The staff and management are excellent and tell me how she is, using the phone and updating me when anything is needed.

I cannot speak more highly of Cwrt-Clwydi-Gwyn Care Home. Both of my parents have received an extremely high standard of care and my brother and I know they are part of the family at the home. Management has been extremely supportive in guiding us and responding to a variety of queries. We know that
my parents are safe and thriving. Every member of staff is friendly, professional and caring and clearly loves their jobs. We could not wish for anything more. Thank you very much.

Cwrt-Clwydi-Gwyn Care Home is home from home, from staff, management, cleanliness etc., they are first-class. It feels like it is an extension to the family.
