As a family we would all like to pass on our thanks to Sarah and her wonderful team. They all made mom extremely comfortable and settled at Alexia court from her arrival in August until she sadly passed away on Monday. Nothing is too much trouble for Sarah and her team and we are so grateful that
mom was with them. Thank you Sarah.

It is a good care home. My mother is very happy here and she gets looked after so I am happy that she is in the right place.

M mother has recently moved into your care home. As a family we are really pleased with how you have helped her settle in. It's very confusing for her, but the staff all seem to have a calm attitude that has made mom feel more secure and included.

Excellent communication. Very welcoming. Staff are polite. Nice home. So pleased mum is in this home.

My son was discharged from hospital to this home after breaking both hips and having lung problems. Although only 45 years old he has fitted in well with this temporary home and the patient staff have really spoilt him.

Caring, thoughtful, compassionate
There are no words that express our thanks for the dignity, respect and care the staff gave to our mom in the short time she was with them.

All staff and management very good polite and caring.

There are big improvements going on here and for the better.
Staff are caring and attentive. Management are friendly and always willing to help.
Activities are brilliant and my friend enjoyed playing Bingo!
Food smelt beautiful!

Since my mom has been here she has been well looked after and can't fault the staff.

Things look like they have improved at the care home. My brother seems happy enough each time I come to visit him, I am glad to hear that there is now an activity person to help entertain the guests.
