Every time I visit, usually weekly, I find the home to be clean, welcoming and the staff are always happy, pleasant and a pleasure to be around. The actual staff are the biggest asset. Always easy to find and helpful. I am pleased that I feel confident that my relative is in a safe place and being cared for with affection and respect.

My father has been a resident since 2018. By far, this is the best care home. Staff are friendly and caring, and they look after my dad well. I'd like my father to be involved in more brain activities. Food is halal, which is great. The atmosphere and safety are very important to us. Thank you, best staff ever.

My mother in law had become very homely and confused at home. Since she has been at home she says she is "very happy". She has lots of company, lovely meals in the restaurant and very kind, patient staff looked after her.

Mum was in Eltandia for 5 months. She loves everyone here, and they love her. The staff here totally love the residents, and the care is excellent.

I cannot fault the care and compassion shown to my mother during the 10 months she was a resident at Eltandia Hall. In particular the palliative care she received during the final few weeks was a great comfort to her family. All the caring staff and management treated my mother with respect and were very friendly and supportive to the family.

My mother has been in your care for two years and the care she has received really has been exceptional. The staff are amazing and have given her wonderful care. They all work so hard, and every one of them is very special, you should be proud of every one of them, and proud of your wonderful care home.

Good day to day care. Room furniture needs repair. Staff excellent in providing out of ordinary care and attention. GP interaction needs to be improved.

My aunt looks healthier and happier than I have seen her in 2-3 years. She enjoys having company and says she feels much safer here than living on her own. She enjoys the food and says life is so much easier since she doesn't have to worry about shopping and cooking. I will be 100% less worried about her now!

My mum wants to highlight the wonderful food cooked by the lady chef. Mum says the biscuits are melt in the mouth - mum loves all the food especially the cakes and doughnuts but the biscuits provided are home cooked are in mum's words are "sensational". Mum says she feels like she is back in the tea rooms we used to visit for afternoon tea. The chef is a lovely friendly lady who is a hidden gem of the home.

I am so delighted with the welcome for my partner and me at a very challenging time for both of us. The team welcomed us to their 'family' and helped us to settle in. The care and compassion all the team show is wonderful. Thank you.

My friend was admitted the Eltandia Hall 3 months ago. I visit very often and the staff are fantastic and caring. My friend is very happy there and the food is good.

My mother-in-law is currently a resident and we have been very pleased with the standard of care she receives. Her room is always clean and tidy, with bedding regularly changed. There are regular carers who are friendly and have taken the time to really get to know her. Although my mother-in-law has dementia she enjoys watching the activities in the day room. Great nutritious food. Lovely atmosphere!

Activity coordinator is so caring, calm and attentive. Very softly spoken and caring to each and every resident including my mother. I admire how she sees each and every resident as an individual; treats them with so much care and compassion.

I would like to express my thanks for all the kindness that the staff at Eltandia have shown my mum during her stay since she first went there up until now. It is lovely to know that my brother and I can feel confident that even faces that she may not always see (now she has moved from the residential to the nursing unit) take the time to speak to her, which is so good for her wellbeing. She recently had her 99th birthday, it was great that relatives and staff contributed on the day. Thank you.

My brother stayed for one month. In that time I noticed a good positive change in him. He became more involved and improved his eating and drinking habits. He also got up at a reasonable time in the morning. He liked all the staff, how kind, caring and helpful they were. He also made some connections with a few residents and did enjoy the establishment.

We cannot thank everyone enough regarding Mum's care since she came to Eltandia Hall Care Centre. The kindness and compassion shown towards Mum has been outstanding. Whether it was one of Mum's good or bad days it is obvious that it never wavers. The nursing staff/office staff, love them all! It is reassuring to know Mum is always safe and in good hands.

Management and staff are communicative, proactive and caring. Social bonds are built with residents. Great care and attention. Clean environment and good liaison with GP and family. Protective environment too. Thank you Eltandia Hall Care Centre staff and management.

My mum has been in Eltandia for a record 12 years. In that time, she has consistently received the care she needs. The staff are well-trained, understanding and very kind.

I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and caring attitude of the staff. The situation is very well thought out and the home is clean and welcoming. My husband was tended to and gave me the peace of mind I much needed with regard to his care. I thoroughly recommended this lovely home.
