My mother was extremely well looked after even given resident ambassador status. Well looked on as a personal friend by all staff and other residents.

Could not fault the care my wife recieved in the short time she was and the also given to me from all of the staff.

My experience over 12 mts was very good from management and all the staff very helpfull. The home as a warm and happy place to live. Tony my best friend always said I am not depresd which pleased me very much.

They looked after my father very well in his short time there, and were very good to us when we passed.

Great service, amazing staff, food is lovely and cater for all of my mom's needs. Managements are always there to offer support and guidance when I need this for my mom. My mom settled in the home so quickly and as made so many friends. Thank you Dovedale

My nan is at this home, she loves it.
I have seen how much she's become so happy in herself again with trips out and activities with her friends in the home, she can't thank the staff enough and I feel so happy that I know she's happy.

My aunt has been a resident with Dovedale Court over a year. She is always treated with such amazing care and dignity. She came in just for respite but has now become permanent.

I couldn't be happier with the care that my name received at Dovedale court all of the staff was brilliant. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for their family or friends. Thanks again Dovedale court

I can't elaborate how wonderful this care home is, my husband is blind and was in Dovedale Court for a week. The staff was outstanding with my husband. Food was outstanding. He was very well looked after and said he has very much enjoyed himself. Thank you so much. I will definitely only use
Dovedale Court in the future.

My Dad resided here 30th December 2024 after my Husband and I came to view it. First impressions were very good. We passed on the information to my Dad, to which we said we hope we have picked the right place for you. We could not have been any closer to the truth because he settled in very well and
still feels the same. Obviously he was worried about moving in because it is a very big upheaval for anyone of his age. We definitely made the correct choice. Well done to all the staff. It is like we have known them for years.

My mom has been a resident at Dovedale Court for a few years, firstly on residential and latterly on nursing. All the staff have always been respectful, loving and caring of not just my mom's needs but those of mine and my family. Over the past few weeks, my mom has been cared for on nursing
end-of-life care. The staff have been truly amazing at this difficult time ensuring that my mom was loved, cared for and comfortable until the end of her life. They also made sure that our wishes were met, and are more like a family to us. I wouldn't have wished for a better place for my mom to spend her final days in a lovely caring place. Can't comment highly enough. Thank you!

My aunt was treated with dignity and respect. The staff were amazing dealing with my aunt's needs. I couldn't thank them enough. I would recommend this home.

My mom has come on so well since she has been a resident at Dovedale Court Care Home it is lovely to see her happy settled and well cared for after some bad experiences with other care homes. The staff are friendly and always helpful. Her bedroom is always clean and tidy. The meals are really nice
and all the other residents seem happy and content. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the home to anyone.

My father has only been with Dovedale a short time but he has improved massively. All the staff are amazing and always going above and beyond. The management are very approachable and always willing to help. The standards of the care home are fantastic and I am glad my dad has managed to get a room
here. Thank you all so much.

Our parents spent two years at this establishment and we found it to be very clean and excellently managed. This home is not a place where a resident has behavioural dementia. I feel the home needs to clearly state this in order for persons to be assessed properly and not get moved 2 1/2 years into
their time there, but overall it's run well.

All the staff (kitchen, cleaners, nursing and carer) are very pleasant and nice to talk to. They all work hard and looking after the elderly is a very difficult job. All of the mom's carers are very nice and do a good job and work so hard as do all the carers. Please pass our thanks and gratitude on
to the carers as they are an asset to your company are are appreciated.

Very good facilities and the staff are excellent and loving to my mother even though she could be rude and hurtful, food-wise. My mother was on a soft diet, and although on a soft diet, thought the choices should still have been more varied. The bedroom is clean and tidy however needs a bit of love
and attention (decoration). Overall good with excellent carers. God Bless.

My mother has recently been on end of life and was admitted to Dovedale Court. The care and support has been excellent. The staff are all friendly and very helpful in any way. The managers nurses and staff are all professional and have the right balance of looking after all the people that they care
for. The admin has always time for you if you need anything. Dovedale Court has a welcoming environment and treats everyone they look after as a family. We can't thank all the staff enough for looking after us, especially mom
